    I have no complains about The camera. But I thought it was made in Japan. Then I realized it was made in .Thailand. The country where the product is made is very important for the customer. At the counter the sells rep told me not to open the box and said if I return the item there will be a charge. That prevented me returning the camera. Although he warned me not to open the box to see the items, I realized that it was an open box. I think Best Buy must assess all these things through the customers point of view. In that sense I am not satisfied with customer service.

    Old lenses for Nikon are not the same as new lenses had to return camera because of this. WAS TOLD THEY WOULD FIT. had to pay restock fee when I returned it 2 hours later because of misinformation.
