danger of overheating !!!!!

Now, two months after I bought the product, I'm going to have to replace it because it didn't work properly.

I just bought one that simply didn't work out of the box. Trouble shooted with various outlets, removing phone from case, etc., without success. It's seems it isn't gettting any power as the light on the charging pad itself doesn't even turn on. I suspect this is why BB has them marked down to $7.99. Buyer beware...
