Awesome Best Buy employees!

Appears the problem due to dust/grit in Samsung phone port. Best part was amount of time two Best Buy employees spent trouble shooting problem, even going out to truck to ensure solution worked. The gentleman at the door called one of the young men over and he took me directly to the area i needed and helped me make the best choice for a replacement
