I have owned this product for nearly 3 months and I am beyond pleased with this purchase. I have used every setting except whole roast and air roast. The learning curve has been small. I was nervous about the convection oven but following the recommended temperature decrease worked each time. I am pleased with how evenly a pizza cooks. I feel my homemade biscuits and frittata's turn out better in this unit than my full oven (just a couple examples). If I had to make one complaint/suggestion, I would say I wish it had come with the nonstick air fry basket. The stainless basket is fine, but things stick to a degree. I have ordered the nonstick basket and it is really inexpensive so not a huge deal.

Been using this thing for a few months an honestly I like it more than my oven and use it for everything from lasagna to pizza and even bread 10/10 would buy again if it ever breaks

The most amazing air fryer I've ever used and I have a ninja kettle version as well as a Cuisinart air fry oven and it blows that Cuisinart away! It perfectly air fries on both sides when cooking without needing to flip the food. The top toaster is fantastic

This was a gift to myself. He work with easy clean, but one I have with it is I had to make some space on the kitchen countertop for it miss calculated the measurements, but it works really good. No issues at all this product.

This item will become a staple for your cooking! This new Ninja product allows you to heat 2 items at the same time, and even includes a setting for both to finish at the same time (smart finish setting). It is worth noting that the offerings of the top oven are not identical to the bottom ones.

I think the price was ti high and it too small i wouldn't not recommend.

Having the dual ovens is very useful and makes the appliance versatile. The only drawback that I have encountered so far is that not all of the functions on one oven are available on the other oven (e.g., I would like to be able to toast in the larger, bottom oven, but, sadly, that function is only available on the top oven).

I LOVE this thing! Quick to preheat, and doesn’t make the house all hot. Sometimes the heating can be uneven . It could be the front it browning, back is not. Pushed further away from wall which helped - but the items on the outer edge heat up, and the ones in the middle could be slightly cold (but fully cooked otherwise). Cleaning is pretty easy as well, but some areas are difficult .

Compact cooking and air frying taken to the next level! This thing is pretty awesome and can cook almost anything without heating up the kitchen like a full oven. We also especially appreciate the flexibility to use top and bottom separately, as we have found out many times now.

Good feature. very versatile, but the fan rattles. I sent the first one back bc the rattle was so loud. The second unit was a little quieter but if your working next to it while the internal fan is cycling on and off, it is distracting to the point where its difficult to have a conversation. I would recommend it for the features but be ready for some noise.

This was a gift for a friend, and it met her needs in every circumstance as she needed something other than her oven. The ease of use and the quickness of preparing various meal items, is top notch.

I bought a Ninja oven to ease Christmas cooking instead of a regular oven that could not fit in the amounts of food I have struggled for years. I'm so look forward to have a wonderful Christmas with plenty of food for family and friends! Thank you, Ninja and Best Buy!!

We love our Ninja 12 in 1 Smart Double Oven. It is so easy to use and keep clean. You can do so many different things with it. It does not take up very much room. It is perfect for the family.

This little thing is amazing! Bakes, toasts, air fries, cooks 2 completely different ways simultaneously. I absolutely love it. If it was literally one inch wider I would probably use my big oven only twice a year (Thanksgiving & Christmas).

This airfryer is everything I hoped it was and more. Having 2 separate heating areas and 3 racka makes cooking full meals a breeze. The only downside is that it runs loud.

Love how quickly this thing preheats. We have only had it for a couple weeks but have used it just about every day. The smart finish is a great feature, no more having to worry about 1 thing being cold by the time the second item is done.
