My family uses this gadget everyday. This is a must have kitchen gadget. Plan on leaving it on the counter because you will use it daily. It's not like many gadgets that get used little then hidden in the cabinets. This will get utilized, especially if you have kids. Makes leftover food taste just like it came from the restaurant fresh. Worth the purchase!

Roommate had a smaller Ninja Air Fryer I’d gotten used to. The XL definitely runs hotter—maybe the smaller one ran cooler. Either way, after adjusting to this air fryer and figuring out how to not burn my food, it’s worked perfectly every single time. Love the different cook options.

This was my first purchase of an air fryer. I was delighted to find out that it works wonderfullly. It does an excellent job with fries. It cooks wings magnificently. The best part, it cooks food that is healthier without the grease. It also saves electricity. I highly recommend the Ninja Air Fryer.

I bought this unit from Best Buy. After 2 1/2/ hours at the highest heat setting and three washings, the unit still had a horrible plastic smell. I spoke directly with Ninja and they exchanged the unit. This time I went for 3 1/2 hours in order to get rid of that burned plastic smell, but I finally did. The only problem I find now, and it is NOT a problem, is that you really have to watch the food closely. It cooks much faster than you might think - even faster than their suggestions. Oh - two other suggestions. The rack you place many foods on is not non-stick and is a real bear to get clean. We also do wish that the 5.5 qt capacity was in a wider and shorter basket. Bacon, for instance, has to curl up in order to fit. A little more surface area with less height would help with that. Storage now, of course, would be a problem. Overall, once you get rid of the burning plastic smell, a very fine unit.

Easy to operate and makes for a quick meal! Highly recommend if you like fried foods without all the grease.

It takes less time than to bake and it's easy to use too. Cleaning it is an issue. Using parchment helps.

I just got this and love it. I especially like that it's so easy to clean. I have a Breville combo oven that has an air fryer and all the other functions that I can use when I need a larger volume but this works fine for small batches.
