Fabulous purchase, more than just a fryer-a must have if you like variety in your meals. Fries are crisp, tofu can be crunchy, etc. And importantly, it cooks quick!

Very easy to use and I use it daily. I cook and reheat food in it. Sometimes I feel like I’m neglecting my stove and microwave. Chicken is one of my favorite things to prepare in it. It comes out crispy, light and airy. Definitely one of my best purchases of 2020!

What a great little cooker. Easy, clean and fast. Cooks anything! My only complaint would be that it doesn't include the grilling tray. For this price it should. But just a minor complaint. I love this!!!

This unit is a great air fryer. Your food gets crispy with out the mess of an oil fryer. Safer to use than an oil fryer. Quick and simple to use. I do wish it came with additional accessories, but not a deal breaker.

First air fryer since we are all in the air fryer craze. Didnt know what to expect. It was trial and error but I think I have it down now. Great buy and I look forward to continuing to use it. Looking for some go to's that I can keep and use on a lazy day.

Easy set up, easy cleanup, so far I have prepared turkey burgers, sweet potato fries, shrimp, wings, and an assortment of veggies; everything has turned out perfect! The basket is deep and the rack allows for two layer cooking, an excellent timesaver.

Takes up a bit of countertop space! Cooks great, tasty meals! Heats evenly! Easy to use!

This is simple to use and is perfect for people who don't want or need a 4 in 1 or 7 in 1 type of appliance. If you are looking for an alternative to your oven or even your stovetop, then this is ideal. Also great for summer use to not have the oven heating up the house.

I had heard so much good stuff about AirFryers in general, so I decided to pick one up. The Ninja was a natural choice for bud as we’ve had a great experience with some of their other devices. It works very good and was very easy to use and clean!

About a year ago we purchased our first air fryer, unsure if it was just another kitchen gimmick or not we got the cheapest available Insignia model. We fell in love and became near daily users of the air fryer until it happened to fall off the counter and break. I was frankly a little excited to get a new one because knowing how often we use the product we decided to get the nicest one we could find and spend good money on the Ninja, we were excited!! We returned it after about 10 days, this is a POOR design to anyone who has used an air fryer before. 1) This doesn't have an internal basket, this model uses just one solid basket with a plate at the bottom to allow for airflow. My first reaction was 'smart, easier to clean' but there are some MAJOR drawbacks. Does not cook evenly, we cooked a bag of french fries tossing frequently and in the end they were a mix of raw and burnt. We NEVER had this issue with our old air fryer. The other TERRIBLE result of this design is you you can't dump the food out in the end since the oils will run directly out back into the food and onto your plate. Anything you cook has to be removed by picking it out from the top, super annoying. 2) The basket is taller than it is wide. This is bad because if you are cooking things like wings you can't get as many on since they aren't stackable. Short and wide is the way to go vs the high and skinny way Ninja went with this one. This feature also makes it more difficult to toss what is in the basket (which compounds the issues noted in complaint #1). 3) This is more minor but you need to manually pause the air fryer when you want to pull and toss the basket. Other models automatically pause/resume. This may be personal preference but is a nice touch. On the positive side this was sleek looking as you would expect from Ninja and the buttons were easy to use. Overall I love Ninja products and own several and will continue to buy but this air fryer is a HUGE MISS and I returned after 10 days. If this was my first ever air fryer I'd probably be OK with it and that is the only way I can explain the positive reviews this thing gets.

Best air fryer!! I got it during black friday & I absolutely love it. I’ve been using it non-stop & have been recommending ninja brand air fryers to all my friends. It is not hard to use & the basket and bottom drawer are not hard to wash. Overall, i love it.

I love my new air fryer. It is all that I have heard it was. I don't know how I survived without it.

Careful with the max crisp, it'll burn if you use the package recommended time. Best stick to the reduced times recommended in the included booklet. Otherwise it works a treat! So I'm eating fried food at home again, so I'm sure to get fat now.
