    I'd give it five stars but the instruction manual is misleading. If you put a chicken breast in this thing for as long as it says, you're gonna burn it. You'll have to do some experimenting to find out the perfect time-to-temperature ratio, but once you do, it works great.

    Bought this after doing some much needed research!! Wanted a medium sized, quieter, name brand Air Fryer to replace my HSN debacle. Previously had a Wolfgang Puck air fryer, and while it worked well, it stopped working in the 10th month. HSN provided horrible customer service. Decided to buy local this time. The Ninja Air Fryer is 100% The Best & so easy to use. This air fryer makes food "deep fryed" crisp & delicious. Very quite while in use & simple to clean. Basket is big enough for a small family. Very Happy with my purchase.

    Seems best for reheating items and for cooking frozen items. It’s really too small to cook much in. It’s really just a mini convection oven. I have used it to dehydrate small organ parts for dog treats. It takes a really long time but was ok. I haven’t tried it yet for jerky. Biggest issue I’ve had is that when I try to use it to reheat it starts on 15 minutes time and I have to click the button down 11 or 12 times to 3 or 4 minutes, which works for most items. The default seems too high.
