It has several settings; haven't used them all yet, but with a little trial and error / practice, I'm sure it will be my go-to more than the deep fryer and microwave. I definitely recommend it. Just be cautious of the size. It is a bit large so make sure your counter top can handle it. And, remember to pull it out from under the cabinets so the air can be available for cooking.
