Customers are saying

Customers praise the Air Fryer Max XL for its ease of use, excellent cooking performance, and great size. Many appreciate its ability to produce crispy food and the larger capacity. While some noted a plastic smell initially and a higher-than-expected noise level, the majority of users found the air fryer to be a worthwhile purchase.

After I heard all of the hype about air fryers I decided to buy one. I picked the Ninja because I have other Ninja products that I am happy with. This one did not disappoint. So far I have made crispy chicken wings, roasted potatoes, pizza and pork chops. Everything comes out crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. This size is great for one or two people. If I still had kids at home I would get the bigger one.Love this new addition and as always the Best Buy team did great.

We laughed at all the hype around air fryers...until we tried/got one. Since it’s been in our kitchen, it’s a go to for many of the smaller dishes that would have been thrown in the oven. This cooks and bakes those items MUCH faster and more consistently, with less maintenance. It’s so easy that our 12 year old can and does cook nuggets and fries with ease. What used to take an 45 mins to an hour, now takes 10-12 minutes and comes out better (crunchy, less dry etc).

Love it wish I had one a long time ago. Easy to use and clean. I don’t have to heat up the whole oven to just cook chicken pieces, or heat up pizza. Also cooked a pork tenderloin came out nice and juicy. Look foreword to cooking more.

We have an instant pot but an air fryer was not even in my radar until I saw recipes in the local paper. A little research on Consumer Reports convinced me to bypass the brand Costco sells (and is out of). Ninja is the best. Easy to clean, especially if you get parchment paper at Dollar Tree and cut circles. Best fried chicken and zucchini fries. Best Buy has a great price and fast delivery. Buy it! I intend to buy another for our winter home. I intend to purchase it from Best Buy again.

Well, I had a cheapo air fryer 4 years that started smelling funny when in use, so I decided to get a new one. I really am impressed by this Air Fryer Max XL, it cooks beautifully, the ceramic lining is very easy to clean. I've only used it a couple of times, but so far I love it.

Love it! We were looking for a new air fryer to replace the broken one. We own a few Ninja appliances, and I decided to get the air fryer and see if it would meet my expectations. And I’m absolutely in love with it. Easy to use, easy to clean, great size, well designed and built.

Works well. Much better than my instant pot with air fryer lid. This purpose-built single function works far better and is bigger. Bought it for the in-laws because it is easier to use than a combo system like I have at home.

It is easy to use. It has more choices other than frying. The basket is light weight and easy to clean. I love that I can bake in it and don’t have to light my oven. The food is cooked the way I like it.

My wife and I love the our air fryer. We wanted a lot of capacity, and this Ninja has it. Obviously, we aren't cooking Thanksgiving turkey, but the cooking tray is large enough for cooking for three - perfect for us. The controls are easy to use, and cleanup is a breeze. The air fryer has become the go-to appliance for reheating leftovers without the sogginess of the microwave. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick, easy way to cook a lot of different meals.

So far so good. Variety of cooking options is nice. Quality seems very good. Use it once or twice a week for chicken wings or veggies. Made air fried chicken tenders once. Turned out crispy. Appreciate the pause button. My previous air fryer didn't have this feature.

I was VERY skeptical regarding Air Fryers in general, I thought this concept was just another infomercial sham. I was very wrong, this product is amazing. This Airfryer, cooks extremely fast and clean up is a breeze.

Have to say i am pleasantly surprised at air frying and what this can do. Comes with easy programs to take cooking experience out of the mix. Simply hit a button or two and everything comes out perfect. And did i mention how fast. Air frying is seriously the best. Easy to clean and easy to use. What else can you ask for? My only thing is it takes up space but i guess that is to be expected. It is worth the extra cabinet space needed.

I am on my second unit and the same thing happened both times. My original purchase was the 3rd of July in prep for the 4th. I had an idea that an air fryer/broil unit would be great to heat up fries, burgers and veggies as a fake fourth celebration with Covid and all going on, rather obviously we cannot celebrate as the country normally would. Moving on, I purchased this and on the 6th it broke. It completely burned out and would not turn on. I was annoyed to say the least. All I did was make some french fries - one of the foods its designed to cook and its circuited out on me. I tested my outlets and all before returning. I changed it out and again yesterday - 2 months later poof! Circuits out. No power, non responsive to switching outlets. I suggest anyone buying a ninja get insurance. You will be using it often. I am glad against my first mind, I went on and sqoze out an axtra twenty something dollars for the coverage because it doesn’t last at all. I am going to try the dual basket thing and try my luck there. For anyone curious it says 5 quarts and that’s a decent size to cook a med to lg portion of fries and a big helping of tenders or making a big foil pocket of broil veggies. I have also make 3 lobster tails in it which came out amazing with butter, parsley and dill weed. I mean when it cooked it did amazing!! I am simply disappointed with the quality. It burns out at any given moment for any reason so again feel free to try it but DO NOT SKIP INSURANCE ON THIS UNIT. Enjoy...while it powers on.
