    First unit fail. Ninja Customer service were very attentive. Have to pay shipping for the replacement. Then the second unit, the “auto pause” option when you remove the basket has gone. Now if you remove the basket it keeps running. Kinda disappointed. Expensive for the final product I got. I gave them it cooks well the food with no oil needed.

    have used it for chicken and shrimp that we normally deep fry. Food was very crispy with no oily taste. Would recommend for a small portions or quick food.
