I take it to work woth me along with my frozen fruit. Just add 6oz of juice of your choice or whicheber liquid substance you choose and bam it mixes quickly. This was a great purchase.

This is the best product I’ve ever purchased that has brought satisfaction, ease of use and health benefits to my life. Within five or less minutes, I can make a smoothie by adding a few ingredients to this and literally walk out the door while it’s blending or I can blend it as I’m driving to work.

Great for smothies and other blended drinks on the go and the lid also being a cup top makes it extremly easy to keep this on you all day and always have the perfect mix!
