I take it to work woth me along with my frozen fruit. Just add 6oz of juice of your choice or whicheber liquid substance you choose and bam it mixes quickly. This was a great purchase.

Doe the everyday smaller blends this is perfect strong enough to blend what you need. Light enough that you don't have to pack a huge bag to carry it..
