Purchased this about a month ago to replace a 5 year old coffee maker that was no longer working. I was hesitant, but this was one of the few makers available. So far, we're very pleased. It's a quality coffee maker that makes good coffee, and has a few nice features. I really like that the reservoir comes off for easy cleaning or filling. The reusable coffee filter included is nice. The basket is an odd shape, so normal filters don't seem to fit very well, but it does claim that they should. Overall, this is a nice looking coffee maker that has all of the basic features that you would expect at this price point.

This is definitely a great coffee maker. The coffee tastes a lot better than my old $30 coffee maker. It runs a little loud but its not a big issue for me.

Love the fact the water well is clear and cleanable!! The coffee tastes great too! And the option of making 4 cups or less button is a great feature. Thanks Ninja!

This coffee maker is excellent. Easy to setup and makes consistent pots of coffee. When making 12 cups it take about 10 minutes to brew....but it worth it.

I bought this as a gift for my parents, so far they are loving it! Works great and there have been no issues!

Of all the coffee makers manufacture today I chose this one. It bruise an excellent cuppa coffee. Functionality of controls is easy and effortless!

It was easy to setup and user friendly. We use the timer to fave coffee ready when we wake up. The price at Best Buy was at a good price point.

Though it may not have as many features as some this device is very easy to use, brews an excellent cup of coffee and does it in a relatively short time. I would suggest this coffee pot for anyone who is just looking for dependable coffee maker.

Bought this coffeemaker because you can remove water reservoir to fill, but I still have to slide it forward to get coffee in it because of cabinets, it's a little tricky to set up, but ok when you get used to it, makes good hot coffee, easy to clean

I own a few Ninja products, so gave this a try. Works as well as all Ninja products. Easy to use, with removable filler. Great coffee flavor.....

This is my second purchase of the Ninja 12-cup Coffee Maker. I ended up giving my daughter the first one, but I liked it so much I wanted another just like it. I simply cannot recommend this coffee maker enough. I had the first one for well over a year with no issues whatsoever, and so far I can say the same thing about the second. No grounds in the pot, no spillovers. Nothing too fancy, just an all-round great coffee maker. Very happy.

Love the way you add the water. Coffee stays hot. Easy to clean and operate. With the delayed brew I wake up to a great cup of coffee

We bought this coffee maker to replace a Mr. Coffee coffee maker. I was hoping to find another one like the old one. But I wasn't able to. When we came upon this coffee maker, we took a serious look at it. We have other Ninja products at home that are great. This falls right in line. From the removable reservoir to all of the controls to make the perfect pot of coffee when you want it to be done. If you can't live without coffee, this is the machine for you.

It honestly is easiest and best maker. I have paid 1000 for a nice one broken in a year and this one is better on strength and heat of coffee.
