Bought a machine. It didn’t work so I called ninja and they replaced the machine. Great customer service but annoyed it didn’t work straight it the pack

Worked great for a few months but due to a defective shaft the company is aware of, the maching cannot be used. I married a 2oman from Brazil and gave it to her as a gift. The company refuses to warranty it because it left the country. It doesn't matter in my mind where the unit is located physically, if the defect is in the craftmanship of the product it should be warrantied.

The creami deluxe has been a fun kitchen item, but even following the directions very closely, the device sounds like its breaking even though others state its a loud device, it tends to leave behind plastic or rubber residue on the blades connector. Otherwise it spins and mixes great

Highly recommend but be warned it is louder than would expect in a kitchen. Imagine a cross between a blender and leaf blower. But well worth it!!!

I like the concept of this but I haven’t used it as often as I wish because it takes so much future planning. I have definitely been influenced from people online to buy this thing. I’ll probably resell it since it’s so popular. I prefer a conventional ice cream maker I think.

really enjoying this one... I ordered 2 additional pints to make enough for everyone... it's so good one pint will be for one person each.

Ninja - CREAMi Deluxe 10-in-1 Ice Cream and Frozen Treat Maker The Creami makes smooth ice cream, slushies, frappes, and frozen yogurt without issues. Unlike most countertop ice cream makers where you freeze the empty bowl, this product requires you to freeze the ice cream mix, coffee, or slushy mix in one of the two provided pint size containers for 24 hours before processing. While processing it is extremely loud - especially when making a slushy. My kitchen is small and sets at a normal 24dB level. When the Creami is running it will push the level to 79dB or louder measured from 8’ away. It can drive you out of the kitchen depending on what program you are running. When making frozen yogurt you need to mix it twice; adding a little liquid the second time to keep it from being crumbly. Storage is an issue because the unit is large, kind of like an oversize coffee maker. Our real issue comes in from the unit’s height, it measures 16-11/16” tall. Our overhead cabinets are 16-5/8” from the countertop to the bottom of the cabinet. This doesn’t allow the unit to be slid under the cabinets for any storage, it is 1/16” too tall for our kitchen. Overall, the unit is easy to use and very easy to clean. If you have a larger kitchen with more counter space, it would be a welcome addition. We have enjoyed making desserts and drinks that are fresh and ready in minutes. Ready in minutes comes from freezing the ingredients ahead of time.

This is okay but the cleaning and maintenance of this machine is terrible. Such a headache. I don't recommend buying it if you want to constantly have to clean it day after day after day and it ends up stinking too after the second use. It's just a fancy eye shaver with an extremely high price!!

Overall a great item. My only concern is that it’s very loud. Need to figure out how to make it a bit quieter.

Bought this for my daughter. She loves to make smoothies. She loves it!! Now I want one for myself.

Best buy app defaulted to my original address....even though i had changed it at time of order. I called them. They said they changed the shipping address for me and that it would still be delivered on time. However the next day, shipping showed delivery was pushed back for 2 weeks. So i called back in to customer service and had the order cancelled. Just found out that the item was delivered to the wdong address. Several states away. Dont have the watch or my refund. Lost $400
