I’m very pleased with this product. My husband is diabetic and we are able to make healthy ice cream and smoothies that are within his diet restrictions.

Bought for my wife. She loves it so far, used it to make honeydew sorbet and the consistency was perfect. It was easy to assemble and make the sorbet so we are happy about this purchace.

I love my ninja creamy. I have discovered if you make your batches early in the morning by evening. Normally about 5 or 6. You can go ahead and start making ice cream.

Got the machine and I’ll admit the instructions were more about what you can make then how to make it. When I finally figured it out, I realized that the only thing I had was canned peaches. I followed the freezing instructions and 24 hours later I set it up. I’ll tell you up front…I HATE sorbet. It’s like chewing on ice with a watery flavor. So I went into this with a huge doubt. I got it set up on the counter, loaded the frozen container of peaches and juice and turned it on. I thought a plane crashed into my house. The sound was unbearable! I immediately shut it down, got my bearings back and moved it to the garage. Turned it on and 3 minutes later it shut off. Thinking I broke it I went and looked…it was done! Back in the kitchen I took the top off poked at it and it had the texture of ice cream. I got out the ice cream scoop and it scooped like ice cream. It was not icy chunky stuff…it was pure creamy deliciousnesses. I ate 1/3 of the container while standing in the kitchen. Finally something cold, creamy, and not loaded with lactose and sugar! WIN!!!! Then I bought some regular yoghurt and did it again but this screeched longer-5 mins I believe- and sure enough…lightly sweetened creamy deliciousness!!! I am in awe of this machine. I took one star because of the extreme loudness. Had there been any warning, well that would have been nice!!

Purchased for my 12 year old daughter for xmas. I was concerned it would be too difficult for her to use, but it is not. We have already made 5 or 6 recipes. I also purchased he a “Ben n Jerrys” recipe book off of amazon and the machine works perfectly with those glavors as well.

I love Ninja products. I own several and have had a good experience with them all. I have more space in my kitchen and more room for storage than I had previously so I decided to add another that I had my eye on for a little bit, the Ninja Creami Deluxe.
Unpacking and assembly prior to first use took no time at all. The base unit is solid and pretty big. There is an outer bowl that attaches to the base unit. The outer bowl holds the Creami pint container. The one piece that requires minor assembly is the outer bowl lid and all you need to do it insert the “Deluxe Creamerizer Paddle” and you are almost ready to go, more on this in a bit.
Similar to other Ninja products, the Creami has many functions (10 in 1 here). There are separate functions for ice cream, lite ice cream, sorbet, gelato, frozen yogurt, creami italian ice, milkshakes, slushi’s, frozen drinks, and cramiccinos! The basic idea for most of them is that you mix some stuff together, freeze it overnight in the pint container, process the mixture, and then enjoy. The first thing that I did after cleaning and set up was make a milkshake. Milkshakes are the one option that can be instant if you use store bought ice cream. I followed the recipe in the included book and a few minutes later, I had a delicious milkshake! Clean up is a breeze; unassemble the creamerizer paddle and wash/rinse everything and you ready for your next treat. Next I decided I wanted to prep some ice cream and a creamiccino. Thankfully the Creami comes with 2 pints included. Again I prepped based on the recipes included in the book and put the mixtures in my freezer for 24 hours. When ready, I processed the ice cream the next day and saved the creamiccino for the following day. Both were very good.
So here’s the thing about the Creami, it does what it says it will do. It makes tasty, creami, desserts/drinks and after some significant prep time, it makes them pretty quickly. But I do want to state the obvious, this is not a machine designed for instant gratification. If you want ice cream now, you can’t make ice cream now. If you are throwing a party and want frozen margaritas, you can’t have frozen margaritas now. You can’t have them now unless you did a lot of pre planning, bought more creami pints, & have freezer space.
After a week with the Creami, I’m just not sure where this device really fits in to your kitchen. Its almost too specialized for its own good. The directions make it very clear that the Creami is NOT a blender, you can’t use ice or make smoothies. There are other devices, including blenders, that can make cold creamy drinks quickly. Other than milkshakes, the creami can not. On top of that, like I mentioned earlier, the base unit for the Creami is pretty big. Again the Creami does what it says it does well, but it doesn’t do it quickly and takes up significant storage space. It makes it hard to justify having the Ninja Creami in your kitchen toolkit.

The Creami is amazing and well worth the money!! Being able to make such creamy ice cream at home along with other types of drinks is so much fun. This makes some of the best ice cream I've ever had. If you're thinking about getting one...do it!!
