Gave it as a gift for birthday present. This unit make frozen drinks, italian ice, slush, gelato and ice cream which the recipient loved. Its already been decided that ice cream and apple pie will be the desserts for upcoming holiday. Unit cup size is good for many guest if you use both cups. Recipe book is nice.

I originally got this to make ice cream but I didn’t realize it could do so much more! I no longer need to go to Starbucks, I can make my own at home and this machine is great!! Every coffee or ice cream lover should have one!

Perfeclty Machine. The kids loved. Good to use specially on summer days

Definitely takes some trial and error to get what you want, but practice definitely makes perfect with it. Learned very quickly not to have it directly next to the wall as it's very LOUD. A couple inches away is definitely helpful. Also learned that the Deluxe has different container sizes from the regular, so when buying extra containers be aware of the size.

Waited to see if we had any issues and 7 months in we had an issue with the shaft and blade engagement. Now keep in mine we use this like, every other day. So we contacted Best Buy for repair/replacement and they told us it was still in manufactures warranty. They gave us the number for Ninja. We contacted Ninja after 7:00 PM and they talked us through warranty registration and did video troubleshooting and the next thing I know Ninja is sending us a new unit to replace this one. I have to say that we are very impressed with the outstanding customer service Ninja provided and that alone is worth buying their products. The new unit will have 6 months warranty once it is received. We absolutely love this Ninja creamy and recommend it

My children and grandchildren love the icream. We make ice cream every week and it taste so fresh. Everyone should own one !

After holidays or parties, always using it to make dessert flavored ice cream lol apple pie, pineapple upside down cake, slushies, love how easy it is to use

So easy to use and works perfect. You can turn anything into ice cream and it's such a fast and easy process. Would definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth but want to make healthier versions of Ice Cream!

This machine is fairly easy to use and makes good ice cream, however, it jams easily when removing or installing the pint. The same for the part that churns the ice cream. It can be a pain trying to get the pint seated into the machine properly.

Absolutely love it. Could not ask for a better product. Instructions are clear. Easy to use and clean. Just wanted a solid ice cream maker....well now it's almost a daily use item.

Definitely the best purchase I’ve ever made! I’m obsessed with ice cream and I can eat a Ben & Jerry’s pint a day. Obviously I don’t do it because all the sugar and fat, but with ninja creami I can make healthy ice cream and I won’t feel guilty And the best part is that you can also make frozen margaritas and slushies lol My tip is: be creative and run trials with different ingredients!

Such an awesome ice cream maker and also makes the best milkshakes. Ten out of ten recommend. Fun for the while family.
