the power button not working frequently

I have this product plugged into a power outlet, but after turning it off and then pressing the power button again later, it doesn’t respond. When I unplug it and plug it back in, the power button starts working, but sometimes even that doesn’t work right away—I have to repeat the process several times before it responds. It’s strange! When I first received the package, the box was quite damaged. However, since the product inside looked fine, I decided not to return it and just used it. But now that I’m experiencing this issue, I feel really frustrated. What could be the problem?

Takes at home ice cream to the next level

The Ninja Creami 10 in 1 is a game changer for at home ice cream. The first big difference is that it removes the need to have ice cream salt, keeping the ice cream on ice while freezing, and the hours of stirring required from previous generations of ice cream makers. Second, the number of textures and frozen treats this machine will produce in a short period of time is a significant upgrade. In the box is the 10 in 1 ice cream maker, a mixing blade, two "Deluxe Pint" containers with lids, quick start guide and a recipe book. Once the blade is installed in the lid, there is no further installation required. To get started, find a recipe as this is the longest step in the process, for best results you'll need to combine the ingredients in the pint container and allow them to sit on a level surface in the freezer for 24 hours. For this review I made frozen hot chocolate in the first pint container and canned fruit sorbet in the second container. The recipe book is easy to follow and the recipes are quick to put together. Once the instructions are followed and the pint has been frozen for 24 hours, you then seat the pint in the outer container, snap on the lid, and select the desired treat. The process for starting is to first select the desired blending, the options are top half of the pint, full pint, or bottom half (think leftover 1/2 pint or two flavors from the same base pint). Then select what level of blending is desired, the options are: ice cream, lite ice cream, sorbet, gelato, frozen yogurt, Italian ice, milkshake, slushy, frozen drink, creamiccino. The last two options are "mix in" and "re-spin", more on this later. For my first test, I used the frozen hot chocolate, which consists of hot chocolate powder and milk, freeze 24 hours, and then add in a bit more milk prior to blending. I added a few things such as chocolate syrup and mini marshmallows, which is a great feature of the Creami, the ability to tweak and change recipes however you see fit. After the milk was added to the frozen base, the pint gets placed in the outer container, lock on the outer lid, and place in the ice cream maker. I selected the creamiccino option for blending the full pint, and pressed the selector knob to get started. At this point, I was not prepared for the level of noise this machine would produce. What is occurring is that the blade is spinning rapidly while moving from top to bottom in the pint container, which for this setting takes 5 minutes. User beware, the first time you hit start, the noise may surprise you. The best comparison I can think of is that it sounds equivalent to the noise type / level of a shop vac. The noise is well worth it though, as the result was a creamy, well blended treat that was smoother and tasted even better like a popular fast food treat that rhymes with trosty. After the first taste, the teens decided they wanted to add some marshmallows and peppermint pieces to their treat. Mix ins are super easy to be added, after the initial blend, use a spoon to make a tunnel in the middle of the pint, and pour in the desired mix ins. Put the lid back on and select the mix-in feature, which will uniformly incorporate the mix in / candy / etc into the ice cream. Note the blade isn't for chopping, so any mix ins need to be cut up to desired size prior to adding. My next test was based on ingredients I already had in the pantry. I dumped two cans of pineapple tidbits into the pint container, froze for 24 hours, and blended on the sorbet setting. The result was the same texture as a sorbet, however it was a bit on the crumbly side due to the fact that I didn't use as much juice as the recipe called for. I scooped off the top two inches, gave to the kids, and then added rum and selected the re-mix option. The re-mix is a quick (~2 min) mix with the blade that resulted in a smooth uniform texture frozen drink that tasted fantastic. When finished, clean up is super easy. The blade is removable from the lid, and everything else is a quick easy wash by hand or dishwasher. No sticky mess left on the ice cream maker, and no areas that are hard to clean. From these tests, I'm confident this ice cream maker can produce anything from rich creamy ice cream to amazing frozen margaritas, and everything else in between. The flexibility to add in candy pieces, adult beverage, or multiple flavors for each half of the pint means that the possibilities are endless. I highly recommend this all in one ice cream maker based on the ability to make just about any frozen treat you can come up with.

Ninja makes great well built products and usually, in my experience, they are heavy and big. The Creami has a smaller footprint. I was happy to find that it would fit under my upper cabinets in a small space on my counter top. I had been intrigued by this machine since it first debuted. I’m glad I waited and got this newest model. Ice cream, sorbet, gelato, milkshake, Italian ice, Creamiccino to name a few; 10 different treats in all. This new Creami comes with two large containers. I believe the size is 24 oz which large enough to allow us 4 servings of ice cream and the sorbet we made. It comes with a quick start guide, a great little recipe book and a user manual. Ninja makes things fairly simple once you learn about functions. I suggest you read the user manual. I’ve only had a chance to try two treats. You start by making a base such as vanilla ice cream. Not my favorite flavor but I had the ingredients on hand, cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, milk and vanilla. The hardest part was the 24 hour wait for it to freeze. After that you put the container into the processor, press the “on” button, choose your program and press start. I found it to be a bit intimidating the first time because it was very loud and during the count down (which is shown on the digital display) it did vibrate a bit. I was concerned for a moment that I might not have installed the lid or bowl correctly. Everything turned out perfectly. We couldn’t wait to test it so we did not use the mix-in feature. “Mix-in” is the button you can use to add so many sweet pieces of most any thing you can imagine into that plain vanilla base. The ice cream was smooth and creamy. It is like the soft serve ice cream you get from that machine in a restaurant. Clean up was a breeze. I hand washed my container, the paddle blade and rinsed the lid following the user guide. Most everything is dishwasher safe. We made a sorbet the next night. I never dreamed that a can of strawberry pie filling could be tuned into a beautiful, tasty frozen dessert. The Creami has possibilities that seem endless. It you like frozen desserts, drinks or just like to experiment with different flavors of delicious icy desserts this is a perfect machine. I just wish it was summertime when I long for a tall icy frozen margarita and my front porch. Instead I’m gonna try that creamiccino recipe with my favorite coffee and some pumpkin spice fall favorites! I highly recommend this Creami!

Love: - This is one of those gadgets/appliances that you didn't know you needed but you do. - Sleek looking - comes with 2 containers with lids. - it turns A LOT of things into ice cream and sorbets etc - There are plenty of options of treats to make.. ice cream, sorbets, slushies, Italian ice, frapps, etc.. (look at a picture of the front) - The more you play with this thing, the better it gets. Starting as simple as throwing just fruit in there... to making more complex bases, this machine is mad fun to have. Don't love as much: - It's pricey - It's loud.. Sounds like a jet engine, but worth it - machine is big and heavy . it's fine, find a place for it - Waiting for your mixes to freeze the required 24 hours... means you'll have to try to think ahead.. and who can do that all the time? - extra containers are hard to find right now. (but you will need more... as it needs a good 24 hours-ish in the freezer for it to work well aaaaand as you wont want to stop making stuff.)

    I Don't Give 5-Star Reviews, But...

5-Star reviews by me are not commonplace. For me, 5/5 means perfection, or darn close to it, and there are two big caveats with the Ninja CREAMi Deluxe 10-in-1 Ice Cream and Frozen Treat Maker. Well, maybe three as the name is ridiculously long, but I guess that really has no bearing on the performance My first caveat: It's expensive. Unless your ice cream bill gets a little scary. This might not exactly be uncommon as a pint of Häagen-Dazs can easily reach $8. The second is that pretty much whatever you decide to make, you need to start a day before you get to enjoy the fruits of your effort. Almost anything you make with the Ninja CREAMi has to be frozen ahead of time before you can finish. If you're an instant gratification kind of person, the CREAMi may not be for you. On the other hand... The CREAMi is so simple to use. It's one of the most user-friendly appliances I've used. There's not even any setup required to use it out of the box. It's also extremely versatile as it is more than just an ice cream maker. You can create whatever sort of frozen treat you want, including sorbets, gelato and ice cream, frozen yogurt, Italian Ice, smoothies and milkshakes, and even Margaritas with this machine. Cleanup is even simple as the containers, lids and paddle are all top-rack dishwasher safe. Then there are the results. The first treat we made was ice cream using the recipe from the included recipe book. Ingredients were simple: milk, cream, vanilla extract, and some cream cheese. The CREAMi came with two one-pint containers, so we varied the recipe a bit and made maple nut ice cream in the second, using maple extract and mixing in some nuts. Preparing the base was simple and took about 10-15 minutes, after which placed the containers in the freezers, and then waited... Twenty-four hours later we loaded the plastic pint container into the CREAMi and selected the ice cream option, pushed the button and it whirred a couple of minutes. I took a little taste, and found the flavor wonderful, but the texture wasn't quite right. A second run using the re-mix option and the resulting ice cream was excellent -- smooth texture with no ice shards. For the maple, we ran it through the CREAMi, then removed it and made a little hole in the middle where we added some roasted walnuts, put it back in the CREAMi and used the MIX-IN option. Again the result was excellent. I made one more batch of ice cream as I wanted to make something a bit more exotic -- I wanted to use some huckleberries we had picked and frozen last summer. This time I used a recipe that was custard based, and the prep time took a little more time as you have to heat the milk and cream and mix in egg yolk, as well as having to cook the huckleberries in order for their juices to release. The end result was perhaps the best ice cream I have ever had, with even a smoother texture, and flavor that just jumped out at you and stayed with you for some time after. My explanation cannot give it justice -- it was that wonderful. I am actually excited to try more recipes, as well as some of the other treat option. Tonight was we sill be making Coffee Creamiccino. To sum it all up, the Ninja CREAMi isn't cheap, but it's easy to use, and most importantly, created some of the best ice cream I have ever tasted. It's compact, versatile (so many treats you can create), and cleaning it is so simple it's almost a non-factor. I also love the freedom to tinker with different recipes. Is it a bit annoying to have to plan your ice cream a day in advance? Kind of, so you'll have to decide if you have that kind of patience. I generally don't, but I still love this thing as that little annoyance is more than offset buy the excellent results and ease of use. While it's not for everyone, I believe most people who enjoy frozen treats would feel the same. So I'm going to round up my 4.5 out of 5 stars. It's not perfect, but it's dang close.

    Versatile Ninja Creami Deluxe

Let me start by saying that I love Ice Cream, Ice Drinks, etc. Let me also say that I have to watch my sugar intake. Those two factors don’t always make eating and drinking what I love easy. That said, the thought of being able to make my own ice creams, ice drinks, etc. and control the recipes and intake of sugar was very appealing in my choice to go with the Ninja Creami Deluxe. This is a rather large slender machine. The unit is about 16 ½ inches tall, 12 inches deep and 7 inches wide. It is not something that is going to easily fit on a pantry shelve unless you have adjustable ones. I think my storage option will be to put main unit back in box and store in closet until needed. The unit comes additionally with 2 pint size containers, one unit to put them into when using the unit and a lid that the creami blade fits into and fastens onto to the container that holds the frozen pints. That is an important point “Frozen pints”. The premise here is that with almost everything except milkshakes and other drinks, you must prepare the recipe, pour into the pint container and freeze it for 24 hours before making the refreshment. This is not that big of a deal but it does require patience and planning. You’re not just going to be able to throw some ingredients together from the fridge and pantry and whip up ice cream. It’s at least a 24 hour lead time after you make the recipe and freeze it. I really have to give the Ninja guys credit with the included recipe book as well as the QR codes you can scan to get many addition recipes. All are extremely well done. You really cant expect better detail. Not only do they give you many many options, they provide you with substitution options for lower/no sugar, lower fat, etc. I must say I continue to be impressed. Every single recipe I have tried so far has been amazing. I have been able to substitute things like fat free half and half, unsweetened coconut milk and sugar substitutes in every recipe and I have not been disappointed. I didn’t see this mentioned but I used Golden Monk Fruit sweetener instead of any regular sugar and any suggested sugar substitute. It has far exceeded my expectations for any non-sugar sweetener. It has -0- grams sugar but 4g Erythritol. Recipes made include: Low Fat/Sugar Sub. Vanilla with Lilly’s Sugar Free Dark Chocolate mini baking chips; Coffee Ice Cream made with unsweetened coconut cream, golden monk fruit sweetener and instant coffee crystals; Creamiccino Frozen Coffee drink with monk fruit sweetener and fat free half and half and coffee; Vegan Lemon Vanilla Ice Cream with unsweetened coconut milk, vanilla extract, lemon extract and monk fruit sweetener. I also made a milkshake from my leftover vanilla chocolate chip ice cream. Now the results, let me say from a flavor perspective, my expectations were far exceeded. I was amazed at the quality of the flavor of every single recipe I tried. I have tried many store bought “low fat” “no added sugar” ice creams and sorbets and let me say, these recipes beat them all ! Now, the only negative, the texture. You will see them repeatedly suggest that you do a “re-spin”. Re-spin became my best friend because of the powder like texture outcome from the first mix on whatever setting you have. Keep in mind, that may be due to in some cases not using full fat or sugar in the recipes so I am not blaming the unit there. I will stay that in some cases, I would add a bit of fat free half and half or unsweetened oat milk and then to the re-spin and the texture was greatly improved. Another issue I saw was once we ate some of it and put the lid back on the pint and put it back to freeze, we were unable to really take it right back out the next day and enjoy again. We would then add some liquid and do a re-spin to revitalize. Not optimal for repeated use. I am still experimenting in moving it from the pint to a different plastic container for easier reuse. Overall, I a 4 out of 5 stars on this one. It is very loud as many say but the cycles are generally less than 3 min, while the re-spins are in the neighborhood of an additional 1.25 min. The creamiccino was almost 5 min total and that’s a loud 5 min! The ability to customize and the wide variety of real recipes with details on which selections to choose is key. You literally have 10 different options from Ice Cream, Lite Ice Cream, Sorbet, Gelato, Italian Ice, Frozen Drink, Milkshake, creamiccino, Frozen Yogurt and Slushy. It is really an awesome unit if you plan accordingly, are ok with the loudness and have a good place to store it!

The Ninja CREAMi Deluxe 10-in-1 Ice Cream and Frozen Treat Maker is truly a treat for those interested in a countertop machine that can make frozen goodies within the minutes*. This is the first machine I have used for such a task in many years so it is really a new concept to me. After a couple uses, I am surprised to say it has met or exceeded my expectations. In the Box: - CREAMi Machine - 2x 24oz Pints with storage lids - Deluxe Creamerizer™ Paddle - Outer Bowl and Lid - Manuals, Recipes, and Quick Start Guide Size - 17” Tall, 12” Deep, 7” Wide Setup: At first it may seem intimidating but after you get the machine setup, there really isn’t much to it. The pints sit inside the outer bowl with the blade and lid attached to it. Once setup, slide the bowl onto the base, twist to lock into place and simultaneously the base will rise up to connect everything together, and finally choose the setting for your recipe! Usage: For this review, I tried the frozen hot chocolate in one pint and several Milkshakes in the second. This machine comes with many recipes which all look very enticing but everything but the Milkshake setting requires preparing a mixture in the pint, freezing for 24 hours, and then finishing the recipe by adding a liquid and blending it together with the machine. The options on the machine are: ice cream, lite ice cream, sorbet, gelato, frozen yogurt, Italian ice, milkshake, slushy, frozen drink, creamiccino. There is also "mix in" and "re-spin" at the bottom. The guides tell you how to use each setting and are labeled for each recipe. My first test was making the frozen hot chocolate. This consists of mixing milk and hot chocolate powder together in the pint, freezing for 24 hours, and adding more milk before blending. Once it was frozen and ready to blend I set the machine up and hit start on the creamiccino setting. It takes 5 minutes on this setting where the blade moves up and down the pint slowly. The machine itself is loud but this was expected given I have used many Ninja blender products in the past. They are all louder than I would like but that is par for the course. What came of the pint after the machine was done was shocking. It was a creamy treat that rivaled something the texture of a typical fast food shake. What is even more surprising was that I used Milk with less fat content that the recipe recommended and it was still ultra-creamy. My only small complaint was the mixture did not completely blend so there was a little extra frozen mixture on the bottom but it produced so much product (enough for 2-3 servings) that I wasn’t too concerned. My next test was using the Milkshake setting. This is the only setting in which there is no prior freezing required. Simply pack some ice cream from the store inside the pint, add milk (more on this), and press start on the Milkshake setting. This process only takes 2 minutes and it one of the quicker settings on the machine. The receipt in the book says to use a certain amount of milk but I found the less milk the better for a thicker milkshake. I would use maybe a 1/4 cup at most but you can tailor this to your preference. When it comes to cleanup, the pints are dishwasher safe and the bowl and lids are all easy to clean. Because the pints are inside another container, nothing gets over the machine so it should never get dirty. Overall: I am very impressed with the products I have tried thus far. It does take some extra work given most recipes need prior mixing and freezing but if you are willing and able to do this then you will end up very happy with the products it creates. They are all highly customizable with the mix in’s and extras you can add. I would highly recommend this ice cream/frozen treat machine if you are looking for this type of machine.

We’ve owned a lot of Ninja products over the years and we use a couple almost every day, but I don’t think I’ve been more delighted with any of them like I am with their new ice cream maker. The best description I can give for it is that it’s basically a consumer-grade Pacojet that doesn’t cost $6000. It does pretty much all the work for you and once you’ve frozen your ingredients you can have ice cream or some other variety of frozen treat in 2 minutes with perfect consistency and my wife has already convinced 4 people to buy this thing In the box there’s the machine and 2 pint containers. Everything assembles and locks in in an intuitive way and everything is dishwasher safe, which is awesome and makes cleaning and maintaining it really simple. In terms of overall footprint I’d compare the size to a coffee machine. Most of the parts are plastic, but they feel pretty durable and have so far stood up very well to a week or so of use. The basic gist of operation is that you take your ingredients, freeze them for 24 hours, then run them through the machine at the appropriate setting. So far we’ve made: Brown Sugar Cinnamon Gelato (mixed in Cinnamon Toast Crunch) Sorbet out of canned pineapple (essentially Dole Whip) Chocolate Oat Milk Ice Cream The machine takes about 2-4 minutes, depending on what you are making. It’s quite loud while it’s running, but no louder than something like a blender. One thing that we’ve learned from using the Creami is that our freezer runs a bit colder than what the machine calls for, so if that is the case for you I’d recommend leaving your container out for a few minutes before running them to soften them up a bit. Still, if the consistency was off a re-spin usually got it to the right place for us. The whole process is so much easier and simpler than the giant ice cream machine we’ve had for years and hardly ever used. Overall we’re really pleased with the Ninja Creami. An ice cream maker seems like a silly thing to own and I always felt that way about the one we had before, but this one really does work and it's actually something we can use on a regular basis. I guess whether or not it’s worth it to you will depend on how much you like ice cream, but I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

THE GOOD The Ninja Creami Deluxe machine makes ice cream products and frozen drinks. The finished product was very good and creamy. The steps that it takes to get there were simple enough except for the 24 hour freeze time. You really have to plan what you want to make ahead of time. It was helpful that it came with 2 pint containers so you could have one ready to freeze while making the other. The pint containers have lids for storage also. The recipes provided in the booklet worked well and the ingredients were for the most part something I had on hand. The NOT-SO-GOOD I thought the machine was very noisy. I had to scrape the side of the pint container and respin for many of the recipes I tried. I didn’t notice any difference in the milkshake made with this product from the ones I make in my Ninja blender. FINAL THOUGHTS I would recommend this product for a small family or someone who loves frozen drinks. The frozen coffee drinks were a big hit as well as the slushi. It is very easy to use. I gave it 3 stars because of the noise and 24 hour freeze time.

I've had great success with Ninja products in my kitchen - have the Foodi, Toaster oven, Smoothie maker, all excellent performers, so was anxious to try out homemade ice cream. First off, so you realize, this device does not have refrigeration capabilities. The concept is you make the base, then freeze it (24 hours recommended); when you're ready for your treat, put it into the machine which will then churn out your creation. It's amazing to watch, the blades start whirring, and a piston slowly descends, blades slicing through your mixture. A minute or two later, it's ready to go. There are dozens of recipes that come with the machine, and hundreds more online. Start looking, and I'm sure you'll have quite a list you'd like to try. For me, I'm one that's disappointed by the lack of appreciation for malt nowadays. Even if you go to a burger place that advertises malt, it's like it's an afterthought. So that was the first thing I wanted to try, and I settled on a dark chocolate malt ice cream - heavy on the malt! I thought that this would work out to be a trial & error affair, improving as I went on. To my surprise, my first creation was excellent! So I got brave - my next creation was cannoli - real cannoli - whole milk ricotta, marscapone cheese, vanilla bean paste, heavy cream. Couldn't wait to try it -hard to wait the 24 hours, but when it came out, I was ecstatic. I had thought that maybe the ricotta might make it a bit curdy, but the Creami churned it out beautifully - rich, smooth, fantastic flavor, I kept it simple, next time I'll add the mini chocolate chips, and orange zest or citron. Is there a problem with the Creami - yes. That being, you get two pint containers with the machine. But you're going to want more. And at the moment, they're in very short supply. My thought was to give out 1 or 2 to relatives, let them make their own creation, and when they come over, I'll churn it out for them. This is a great device. But there is one more problem - I don't know if my waistline can handle all the ideas I have for this machine! Thank you, Ninja!

This is the best product I have purchased in a while. I have been trying to lose weight, but can't let go of desserts. If anyone can relate, you will love what you can do with the Ninja CREAMi Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream Maker. I found several videos on social media showing how you can make healthy ice cream and lose weight. After seeing those videos, I was in. I decided to go with the 11 function so I could do more with it. So far, I have only used the Light Ice Cream and Mix-In function. I plan to use all of them eventually. To clarify, as I wasn't sure, but you use the Light Ice Cream function when using low sugar, low fat or sugar alteratives because they tend to freeze differently so the machine blade shaves down the ice cream at a different speed than it would regular milk and sugar due to thickness. With that said, I have made ice cream using protein shakes (Core Power 26g or 42g), a scoop of protein powder, fat free/sugar free pudding mix, and some collegen peptides, but no added sugars and it comes out tasting great; no sugar is actually needed or it would be too sweet. The recipe actually comes out to be around 62g protein, and 23g carbs; and that's if you eat the entire 24oz pint, which is difficult because it comes out dense. It has taken me and my husband several sittings to eat one 24oz pint. I have used chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and strawberry/banana protein shakes and it tastes so good. I have added honey graham crackers as mix-in for some added excitement. With using the cheesecake favored pudding mix, this ends up tasting like strawberry/banana cheescake. The machine is not hard to put together or take apart and it's very easy to clean. Although my husband gave me a hard time about getting the machine (thinking it was just another gadget), he loves the ice cream and is now hooked. If you're looking for another way to eat your desserts healthier, this is a win, win and you won't be disappointed. This machine does scoopable treats like, ice cream, sorbet, gelato and drinkable treats like shakes, frozen yogurt, slushi, creamiccino, italian ice. You can add all types of mix-ins for the scoopable ice cream, such as chocolates, nuts, fruits, candies, etc.

Purchased this machine out of pocket. Can report its a well made machine. So far i have used the Ice Cream, Slushy and Milk Shake modes. Everything has worked as advertised. The parts and components feels of good quality. I would would recommend to family and friends to purchase. The receipe book included is also nice and the receipes are actually tasty. If there was 1 critique it would be that the machine is a bit loud but nothing that would stop me from purchasing. The only official issue i had was during my first use i kept getting the error of the Install light blinking. For some reason it wouldnt sense that i did place the pitcher in the necessary slot correctly. But after a little playing with it i got it to start working.

The Creami is a very cool gadget, very innovative and fun way to make your own ice cream. The device itself has a very quality feel to it , like all ninja products. The setup is very simple, all you need to do it put the blade on the mixing cup each time you are going to mix/shave the frozen base ice cream. The easy setup and simple steps needed to use the device encourage you to use often as it is so easy. The clean up is very easy, wash a blade and the cups/lid. The only drawback is of no fault ninja's, the setup and concept is nice but the ice cream that can be made from shaving a frozen base is very limited. Don't get me wrong it will make a decent ice cream substitute and i am fine with that because i know what i am getting into when i got the product. The other downside is the texture of the ice cream being made, the shaving paddle does a decent job of creating a scoop-able ice cream from the solid frozen ice cream base but it is not by any means as rich and creamy as regular ice cream. It is a good product but just tamper your expectations.

We will use this appliance even more than we expected because it has so many variations of frozen treats we can make. It is beyond easy to use and our first ice cream was delicious. We expect we will use it more and more as we find favorite recipes and make frozen desserts for ourselves and family and friends with special dietary needs. Being able to use A2 milk and alternatives such as coconut milk will not only improve our health but save significantly on our grocery and eating out budgets. Very happy with our purchase.

I was in the market for an ice cream and gelato maker, but didn't like the idea of having to freeze ingredients in advance. However, after some research, it seemed difficult to find a versatile machine that could make so many things, had a compressor to freeze, and was at a price point I would want to pay. After seeing so many people rave about the CREAMi, and with the availability of so many online recipes, I decided to purchase it. I have so far been happy with it. It's a very clever machine and the variety of items I've experimented with have all been successful. It seems to me that pretty much anything you freeze will create an enjoyable frozen treat. I love the variety of settings that this thing has, and don't think there's another product as versatile. People do talk about how loud it is, but it's not really that bad. It is not as loud as a blender, so I don't mind it.

We use this for protein shakes and ice cream; sorbets; fruit smoothies, and slushies. It works great for easy healthy snacks. You do have to plan ahead and prep containers. The only thing that might bother some is the noise. It is very loud. It's not a deal breaker for me.
