This thing is amazing! I worked at a famous soft serve ice cream business as my first job. I remember over 20 years ago wishing for an in home soft serve machine. My dream has come true. The ice cream is super easy to make. Mix your ingredient and freeze in the provided container for 24 or more hours to really get solid. Then put in machine and select the proper function, it mixes it for the allotted time. You can respin if not smooth or adding more liquid. Then pop another lid thing on and place on the soft serve side and pull handle. The healthy options too, are endless on this thing! The only thing that would make it better would be to not wait so long for freezing.

This thing is amazing! I have used it every other day since the day I got it. I'm able to make protein ice-cream and Acai bowls/ and so much more. I love that Im able to know what is going into my sweet treats. A side note that's a bonus is my PICKY toddler loves sorbet option, I'm able to add much more fruit and veg to his diet without him knowing! its been such a plus

TLDR: We made the best chocolate soft serve that even Joe Biden would enjoy! Prep the day before then in 24 hours enjoy! The machine is loud! The style is modern but the build quality is all plastic. Expanded review: Everything is included except the ingredients needed to make the best soft serve you ever had! The family was super excited to make their first batch. We used the included recipe book to make some chocolate ice cream. Once the ingredients were mixed we put the container in the freezer and patiently waited 24 hours to make soft serve. 24 hours later we put our previously frozen ice into the machine to convert it to soft serve. Wow the machine was as loud as a jack hammer. That is probably my only major complaint. The ice cream itself was delicious. Cleanup was easy and we just hand washed everything and cleaned the machine. The waiting time is another gripe we had. We couldn’t have instant ice cream. So if you are having a party you have to make the ice cream the at a minimum 24 hours before. The build is all plastic and it doesn’t scream luxury. It was easy to clean and wipe down.

Super easy to do. Lots of variety preparations and including açaí bowls. Device is very easy to clean too. Texture and flavor of the recipes have been top notch. Actually worried it might impact brick and mortar shops. It’s that good. The only downfall is that 95% recipes require you to prep the recipe to set for 24hrs. It comes with several containers to allow you to batch appropriately but it’s not instant.

Easy to use. Easy to clean. You can make better ice cream than anything you buy in the store and come up with yor own flavors.

Great investment. This has lots of recipes and works good. Only negative would be the size of the container. It doesn't hold much

It’s incredibly easy to use with just one touch, and it makes soft serve, ice cream, milkshakes, and more. I love how smooth and creamy everything turns out. Cleaning it is a breeze, which is a big plus. My kids are loving all the different ice cream flavors we’ve been making—it’s such a fun way to spend time together as a family!

Wonderful machine. Does absolutely everything it says it does. Main benefit is the soft-serve ice cream, which comes out excellent. Just make sure to have your ice cream freezing for 24 hours before making or otherwise it will not work. Only downside is the machine is HUGE. If you don't have anywhere to store it or insufficient counter space, this won't work for you.

Ice cream machine that's super easy to use. The included recipe book is also a great baseline to use to create your own recipes. It doesn't have a compressor, so you have to freeze your combined ingredients before processing. However, so far it's worked far better than similar machines that have you freeze the bowl. The swirl function is good as well, but not sure if it's worth the price considering how much more the Swirl is compared to the regular CREAMi and it's Deluxe variant.

This machine is an excellent addition to our kitchen. I have been using it everyday since receiving it. I love the fact that you can make even the simplest protein shake mixture into a frozen dessert.

Sounds a little scary while it’s running but I’ve had no issues to date. The machine comes with all the parts intact and has a little recipe booklet with all kinds of options. It’s pretty intuitive to use and the soft serve option is pretty nifty.

So far I’m loving how easy it is to make a low calorie or healthier version of my favorite ice cream flavors. It’s super easy no matter what your recipe. I’ve been enjoying soft serve protein shakes and fruit whips the most. Clean up is very quick and simple. My only drawback is the noise level. It’s loud like any Ninja ice crushing blender. But it works as well as advertised and clean up is a dream.

The thing makes pretty darned decent soft serve ice cream as well as a bunch of other things like sorbet, gelato, and frozen yogurt, among others. Realize that you do need to freeze the mixture for overnight before dispensing so there's no instant satisfaction. I do have to deduct one star for the noise. It sounds like a jet engine going off in your living room.

The creami has been amazing- we bought extra containers to be able to keep the ice cream coming nightly! Kids love it, everything we’ve made has been diabetic/diet friendly. We’ve even used protein shake alone which produced an incredibly tasty ice cream.
