Woah! This thing is great! Yes it is a little spendy but we have many kids and each little tub of ice cream at the store is like 7-10 dollars now so it will pay for itself super quick, and you don’t have to only go with the store has for flavors you can make your own! I had some Nerds Ice cream for my first that I had out of this and it was delicious! If you use the soft serve it is best to use it all when you make it because if you put it back in the freezer after making it then it gets hard. But it is a couple cones. The one thing I would recommend is getting the extra tubs so you have some in reserve because it does have to sit in the freezer for a bit so having more made is better!

This machine is awesome. Very easy to use, make your own recipes or use recipes from the user manual. The biggest thing is knowing what ingredients you are putting into the ice cream and making you own healthy choices. We have not had a bad recipe yet.

Works surprisingly well! Bought an extra 4 pack of canisters, so we could make a total of 6 sets freezing overnight. So far, we’ve just made simple vanilla that we freeze, then add fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries etc) or peanut butter, Oreos right before it does its blending operation. It works really well and is a more fun for kids because they get instant gratification with their chosen concoction without having to wait overnight. The mechanical process is a little confusing the first few times, but well documented.

So much fun. AND, delish....... After set up and first time use......so easy use. I purchased extra icecream pints so I could make a bunch of pints at once....so nice to know I have healthy ice cream....because I know exactly what is in it! I paid $279...

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and my grandkids. Needless to say soft serve ice cream was served on Christmas day. We make a weekly trip to the ice cream shop now we get to make our own. Great product that is fun to use.

We bought this as a christmas gift, as a member of our family has a severe dairy allergy, and nondairy ice creams are hard to come by. This makes great ice cream, and we can be vigilant about what ingredients are used, preventing any medical issues.

Build is sturdy. Machine is easy to use. Ice cream came out very creamy. Taste was pretty good. Me and my wife will use the Ninja CREAMi often.

Overall, this is an okay product. It does make some nice frozen treats. However, it can be a little inconvenient having to freeze most recipes a day in advance (you can use store-bought ice cream too, though, so at least there's that). The plastic seems to quickly develop fine cracks which seems to be a problem with Ninja products in general. It hasn't failed yet, but it does make me worry. This machine is also loud and expensive. It's for all these reasons that I'm giving this a 3-star rating, but at the end of the day, the desserts it makes are enjoyable.

Works great. Love the soft ice cream feature. Easier to use than original ninja. Protein ice cream comes out great.

[Employee of bestbuy] My daughter and I love ice cream, and she prefers soft serve ice cream in a cone. This gives me the ability to make sure she's getting good quality ice cream because I know exactly what ingredients are going in. This has quickly become a summer must have. I do recommend getting another set of the canisters, they need to freeze for 24 hours so unless you can wait for ice cream, get another set.

We owned an original Ninja Creami and really enjoyed the capabilities. When we saw the new Swirl with its updated soft-serve capability we knew it would find its way to our household eventually. What's even better is you can bypass the making of ice cream (and 24 waiting period) and simply pack in store-bought ice cream, mix it and serve it as soft serve. While you cannot do mix-ins this way, it is still nice to quickly make soft serve when you have not made any ice cream in advance.

Excellenct we use for frozen yogrut it makes the best mango and pinapple ones like disney dolewhip

Such an awesome machine. Been making ice cream and froyo regularly... cleaning could be easier but its worth it

Very nice well designed product. Besides the noise, it seems to work very ggod. Only owned for a very short timeframe but will continue to monitor.

Very impressed with the quality of ice cream it makes same consistency as store bought but with the perks of being made at home definitely would recommend getting specialty for kids they love it and also have healthy options to make

Pretty straightforward instructions and the results are excellent. Sooo many options to choose from. Sorbet is my go too just have to remember that frozen fruit isn’t as sweet so the end result won’t be either. A bit pricey though
