The best machine by far on our counter. The ease of use and addition of soft serve ice cream was great.

Easy to use. Easy to clean. You can make better ice cream than anything you buy in the store and come up with yor own flavors.

Best way to get soft serve at home. Easy to use and clean. Bought extra pints for parties. If you love ice cream this is a great purchase!

Super easy to do. Lots of variety preparations and including açaí bowls. Device is very easy to clean too. Texture and flavor of the recipes have been top notch. Actually worried it might impact brick and mortar shops. It’s that good. The only downfall is that 95% recipes require you to prep the recipe to set for 24hrs. It comes with several containers to allow you to batch appropriately but it’s not instant.

This is an excellent ice cream maker. Handy makes really good treats. Love the soft serve feature.

It’s incredibly easy to use with just one touch, and it makes soft serve, ice cream, milkshakes, and more. I love how smooth and creamy everything turns out. Cleaning it is a breeze, which is a big plus. My kids are loving all the different ice cream flavors we’ve been making—it’s such a fun way to spend time together as a family!

This machine is an excellent addition to our kitchen. I have been using it everyday since receiving it. I love the fact that you can make even the simplest protein shake mixture into a frozen dessert.

Wonderful machine. Does absolutely everything it says it does. Main benefit is the soft-serve ice cream, which comes out excellent. Just make sure to have your ice cream freezing for 24 hours before making or otherwise it will not work. Only downside is the machine is HUGE. If you don't have anywhere to store it or insufficient counter space, this won't work for you.

Ice cream machine that's super easy to use. The included recipe book is also a great baseline to use to create your own recipes. It doesn't have a compressor, so you have to freeze your combined ingredients before processing. However, so far it's worked far better than similar machines that have you freeze the bowl. The swirl function is good as well, but not sure if it's worth the price considering how much more the Swirl is compared to the regular CREAMi and it's Deluxe variant.

Sounds a little scary while it’s running but I’ve had no issues to date. The machine comes with all the parts intact and has a little recipe booklet with all kinds of options. It’s pretty intuitive to use and the soft serve option is pretty nifty.

This machine is awesome. Very easy to use, make your own recipes or use recipes from the user manual. The biggest thing is knowing what ingredients you are putting into the ice cream and making you own healthy choices. We have not had a bad recipe yet.

So far I’m loving how easy it is to make a low calorie or healthier version of my favorite ice cream flavors. It’s super easy no matter what your recipe. I’ve been enjoying soft serve protein shakes and fruit whips the most. Clean up is very quick and simple. My only drawback is the noise level. It’s loud like any Ninja ice crushing blender. But it works as well as advertised and clean up is a dream.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and my grandkids. Needless to say soft serve ice cream was served on Christmas day. We make a weekly trip to the ice cream shop now we get to make our own. Great product that is fun to use.

So much fun. AND, delish....... After set up and first time use......so easy use. I purchased extra icecream pints so I could make a bunch of pints at once....so nice to know I have healthy ice cream....because I know exactly what is in it! I paid $279...

We bought this as a christmas gift, as a member of our family has a severe dairy allergy, and nondairy ice creams are hard to come by. This makes great ice cream, and we can be vigilant about what ingredients are used, preventing any medical issues.

The thing makes pretty darned decent soft serve ice cream as well as a bunch of other things like sorbet, gelato, and frozen yogurt, among others. Realize that you do need to freeze the mixture for overnight before dispensing so there's no instant satisfaction. I do have to deduct one star for the noise. It sounds like a jet engine going off in your living room.
