Also I put a potato in the top to bake and after 45 minutes was not getting done. Had to put in the bottom. Have to watch or some foods start to burn. I would not buy this oven again.

Flawed design

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The size of this is fine, however because of the split level, the bottom rack is hard to get into, because the door doesn't open all the way unless you have it on the edge of the counter, due to the handle being in between the counter and the door upon opening it which doesn't allow the door to lay flat which doesn't allow you to slide the rack out and it's nmteo narrow to try to grab your food you will burn your self in the narrow space. Also the air fry options are on the bottom rack only instead of the top or both levels.

Cooks everything perfect. But it's impossible to keep clean. Everytime i pull out the rack to flip anything, all the juices drip all on the glass window. Also the crumb fall all over the counter. Poorly designed.

We're glad to hear that your air fryer works great. Nonetheless, we're very sorry to learn that you find your oven difficult to clean. We recommend removing all accessories from the unit, including the crumb tray, and washing them separately. Use a non-abrasive cleaning brush to thoroughly wash the air fry basket. We also suggest using warm, soapy water and a soft cloth to clean the oven’s interior and glass door. Nevertheless, we will certainly share your feedback about the design with the relevant teams for consideration for future products.

I used it three times. I have taken it out of service and packed it back in its box. i don't know how to get rid of it. It becomes extremely hot when in use. One is bound to suffer burns if it is regularly used. i have cooked with it three times, so it is used and I don't think it is returnable. I am reluctant to give it away and expose others to its dangers. I also fear it may cause a kitchen fire if some flameable object is too close to it. I do not think it can be used safely on a non-stone or masonry surface. It works s very well. It it is fast. The cooked products are tasty. No complaints about how it works. It is just too dangerous to be used in my home.
