    Actually, I give it 3 stars because it cooks well. It is very difficult to clean, the teeth get very hot so I burn my hands more than 10 times. Sometimes there is a problem with the digital display. If it had not cooked well, it deserves 1 star.

    For the first few weeks, it runs very hot so be careful. Helpful hint: pushing it's respective button twice, after start, let's you adjust the time and temp settings. But overall, it is a great buy

    I am very disappointed in this product. I consider it very dangerous. I used it three times. I have taken it out of service and packed it back in its box. i don't know how to get rid of it. It becomes extremely hot when in use. One is bound to suffer burns if it is regularly used. i have cooked with it three times, so it is used and I don't think it is returnable. I am reluctant to give it away and expose others to its dangers. I also fear it may cause a kitchen fire if some flameable object is too close to it. I do not think it can be used safely on a non-stone or masonry surface. It works s very well. It it is fast. The cooked products are tasty. No complaints about how it works. It is just too dangerous to be used in my home.

    This was the best investment ever in my kitchen! I don’t need to wait for big ovens to heat up or clean up messy ovens. This heats up quickly and cooks as good if not better than my oven! Easy to wipe clean also! Lifesaver!

    This is the best toaster oven, l’ve had other high end toaster ovens that weren’t very good. Ninja did a good job with this oven, it cooks so even and I like at the feature that shows it’s hot when done using it

    It took some getting used to since it has 2 doors/oven compartments but we’ve workedbout the kinks of how to and we love it. It has so many neat features that I can cook an entire meal at once without turning on my oven!

    This is a significant upgrade to what we had before and so far it is awesome! I wish it came with a 1 page cheat sheet for cooking/reheating. Otherwise it was a great decision.
