Great design, my only complaint is when using K cups some grounds will spill over the top of the K cup. Not sure why this happens but maybe because it pokes 3 holes on top and just one the bottom. This not a big deal for me since a mainly use grounds with the filter. Also using a filter under the Kcup adapter seams to solve that only problem with this coffee maker.

Awesome coffeemaker

I like the variety of sizes you can make with this coffee maker. My husband will make one cup before he goes to work, and I usually make a half pot. Then on the weekends we make a full pot. I like the option to use KCups with this model. I was even thinking about buying a separate coffeemaker for Kcups, but now I don't have to!

After Best Buy asked for a review I asked her how she likes it and she got excited to tell me about how many different ways she loves the thing. As a non-coffee drinker, she convinced me it was wonderful, but you might have to find out for yourself.
