It brews a really good and strong cup of coffee quickly! However, it is very oversized in height and would not fit under my kitchen cabinet where I had intended for it to be. I was going to return it but decided to purchase a small table and just make a coffee bar in my pantry. I do love it but just wish it were a tad bit smaller/shorter.

My Duo recently died and was looking for a something that would do both K-cups and ground coffee. I like the fact that it has multiple settings to help get the coffee just right. The pot does not drip when pouring like my last coffee maker. The only down side is that reusable k-cups in it since it has 3 needles instead of one.

Can use regular coffee grains and has a water resevoir larger than our cheaper versions which all went kaput in probably under a year. Haven't had it long yet, not sure about what filter it uses as there appears to be none which is troubling

I have zero complaints. It's versatile, makes great tasting coffee and is blazing fast. The only nick pick would be you can't use the fillable K Cups because they are not compatible. That being said this is an amazing coffee maker. You won't be disappointed!

The water reservoir is a great size and the machine beeps if the top isn’t closed and if I have the drip device to closed. It also beeps when it’s finished but not annoying loud just the perfect volume.
