It is really conviniet I set it UP on delay so when I wake UP in the morning my Coffee is ready for me. Future that I like on this item are delay future and the stop dripping.

This is very easy to use and love the drop down so you don't have splatter making one cup. Had another brand it broke, exchanged it and that one broke too...within a year.

Ninja Dual Brewer is great!

Only reason for only three stars is that Ninja makes their coffee makers too tall. Makes it difficult to open the top to add coffeee or kcups without pulling the coffee maker out from under the upper cabinets.
