Although I would love to have a real oven, this is the next best thing! We have a small cottage with a small kitchen and this sits perfectly on our counter. This is the second Ninja oven we have purchased. They are awesome. We even cooked our Thanksgiving Turkey in it! Thanks you Best Buy and Ninja!

We love our Foodi-preheats to 350 in much less time than a large oven and doesn't heat up the kitchen. So far, pizza, cookies, and even holiday cornbread come out great and if you need an extra oven but no space, this is perfect. We don't know how we have been without one! The reviews were great and the price was awesome so we couldn’t be happier with this product!

We saw this Smart Oven in person and looked at Youtube review videos. We had high confidence buying this after all we had seen. We are not disappointed at all. This Oven that was very close in options to a $900 we saw. This was a no brainer for 1/3 the cost. As usual the Best Buy Sales people were very helpful and honest! It is handsome and works wonderfully.

I was very skeptical before purchasing this oven……but once I got the hang of it I can bake and cook with easy….love this oven

Disappointing, primarily because it never seems to reach high enough temps. My wife was frustrated by having to extend cooking times on a regular basis in order to make sure chicken and salmon were cooked appropriately. Even toasting was subpar. I'm not sure if it's partly due to how much bigger this oven is compared to our previous Cuisinart (which cooked much better) -- perhaps the larger size means less efficient heating all around. It's also really loud -- the fan makes it sound like a plane taking off! Returning this in favor of another Cuisinart.

So it’s been a little over a year of owning. And it’s been great but today I got an error message to call support . It stopped working midway through an air fry moment. And I tried disconnecting and reconnecting it and same issues . I called the manufacturer and all they said it’s a know issue but all they can do is give a 30% off … which I will be passing.. as much as I enjoy ninja products … I won’t be purchasing another air fryer from ninja. They need to have a long term fix or ability to fix it without having to purchase a whole new air fryer.

Still learning all of the functions. Surprised that for the toast function, that half of the bread slice is getting toasted before the other side. So, about half way during toasting, you have to flip over the slice.

Haven’t used air fryer yet, but all other functions work well. Easy to follow directions. Sturdy and doesn’t “slide” around.

Love this oven, its great for everything! Reheating, cooking, etc…. Definitely worth the price!

So far, so good. The top of this thing gets dangerously hot, and it needs to be a good distance from the wall behind it due to venting. Nevertheless, as far as under-the-counter appliances go, I guess this is about as good as you can expect.

Got rid of my toaster oven and this device is amazing. Great air frier and XL is perfect for cooking multiple things.
