What a Great air fryer . All in one. Great purchase .

I’ve only had this toaster oven for a few months and the handle snapped when I went to open it. Right where the handle attaches to the door the plastic that connects to the metal screws just snapped. There is no reason this should have happened since I did not use any excessive force. All of the controls are attached to the handle and it will not open without so the toaster is now useless. Worked decently well otherwise although it did not cook evenly.

I had high hopes for Ninja's air fryers based on their reputation, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The first unit I purchased arrived with a large dent in the side, which was both unsightly and concerning for a brand-new product. Hoping this was a one-off issue, I returned it for a replacement. Unfortunately, the second unit was no better it had a warped fan that made it extremely noisy during use. Two defective products in a row are unacceptable, especially from a brand as well-known as Ninja. This experience has left me doubting their quality control, and I won’t be buying from them again.

Just okay. Which, For the price, isn’t very great at all. It is very tricky to get your timing down with this, and it seems to either burn things way easy or undercook them. It’s more of a pain than anything.

I ordered this online and it came with the left end of the door handle detached. I had to return it to Best Buy and for some reason they refunded me instead of replacing it. I bought a similar model at another store and it came with no defect and appears to be working fine. One out of two is not all that great.

Toasts items well but dries food out when using other cook features

I bought it so my son-in-law could use it for making meals while my daughter is on deployment. They love it. It meets all their needs.

Does a great job with meat, fish and chicken. Gives a great roasted taste.

While I liked most everything about this, the sound emitted was unbearable. One would think a prop plane was spinning up. Returned! Quality & Value must be nothing if it is unusable due to emitted noise levels.

We now use this for every meal, from baking, to roasting, to toasting, to reheating. I love everything about this oven.

Very nice. However be warned...smokes up fast! Everything smokes.

Too smoky when air fried my meat. My house had a smokey haze. Since that was main purpose to purchase, had to return it.

This product was good when it worked but started heating very poorly and it got worse. Ended up having to replace it after a year and a half. Will not buy another Ninja product.

Love this air fryer, use it for everything. Worth the money. Doesn’t heat up the kitchen.

It's like a second oven for me. It cooks great. Still learning to cook different meets, but chicken and bacon are far my favorites to cook with it. I have not used the thermometer on this one yet, but that is why I bought it. I do recommend cleaning after ever use.
