We received the oven in good time and although the box was beaten up a little the oven and contents were fine. Unpacked everything and began to enjoy it.... toast great, baked great. We had a little issue with the light coming on, called tech support and reset everything and it worked fine. Tech support was quick to respond and clearly understood. The only issue with the oven is the high pitched "beep" at the end of the cook cycle. It sent our puppies scurrying and shaking under the table. As a lot of these ovens are now digital, there should be a way to mute or change the tone. The fan was a little noisy but tolerable. The unit didn't emit a lot of heat on the outside which is good. It would have been a keeper except for the cycle end beep. Unfortunately, there is no way to try this in the store before buying.

Bought for sons xmas gift, he loves all the features, says it works great. Will consider replacing my solo air fryer with this one next.

I love my ninja oven!! So convenient and easy to clean! This oven has amazing power but releases little to no heat exteriorly which is so great for small apartments!

This oven appliance is amazing. Cooks and air fries with multiple levels. Fries and chicken wings all at once. Preheats quickly and the crispiness of the food is wonderful.

Bought this because of the high reviews and it is a Shark/Ninja product which upon receipt was cleaned up and put to use and has not disappointed with the results.

Don't know how I live life without it.. doesn't excellent job on a variety of foods.. the first meal I fixed with it was a prime rib roast.. so moist and tender

This air fryer oven cooks tasty food very fast. Better than your conventional oven. Great for special occasion roasts to quick, perfect toast. Highly recommended.

We love this oven! We used it to cook our small turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas prime rib. Both came out perfect. We are using it practically every day!
