Customers are enthusiastic about the Foodi 10-in-1 XL Pro Air Fry Oven's ease of use and cooking performance, citing its user-friendly controls and ability to cook food quickly and evenly. Many appreciate the oven's size and rapid preheating time. While some users noted the appliance can be noisy and that the buttons' labeling may wear off, these concerns were less frequently reported than positive feedback.

With all of the new countertop gadgets out today, it's hard to decide what is worth selling out your countertop real estate for. I've wanted an air fryer for the longest time, but always felt that most of the units were too small to adequately cook enough for my family. I've also wanted a convection oven for the longest time, but never did for whatever reason. Good thing I hadn't before, because this oven is well worth the wait. I love my range oven, but don't like to wait for it to preheat all the time. It's kept me from preparing some dishes, just because I was either too lazy or impatient to wait for the preheat. This oven does exactly what it claims: it preheats in 90 seconds! In the week that I've owned it so far, not a day has gone by that it hasn't been used. It's nice to be able to toast several full size, artisan sourdough slices of bread at once. The shading levels are pretty good too. I do have to say though, it's definitely not the same as toast out of a toaster, but it still produces great results. We made two pizzas at the same time. Instead of waiting the combined hour for preheating and baking, the pizza was done in almost the time stated on the box. We air fried freezer fries and the results were awesome! Again, done in short order. Aside from the easy foods, we also prepared vegetables and it also does an amazing job on those as well. If you can afford the countertop space, I would definitely recommend picking this oven up!

Have only used it for toast and bagels, it only toasts one side of the bread. That's very annoying, I don't understand why.

This worked alright for a few months then it started to shut off the elements randomly during the cooking cycle so food was not done completely. Now randomly it doesn’t turn on or sometimes it turns on but has an error message on the display or it turns on,starts normally, then stops after 2 minutes?!? I don’t know if we got a defected unit but if so,ATLEAST REIMBURSE OR REPLACE IT!! I DO NOT recommend this product!

I was replacing three devices. (Toaster, Airfryer, Toaster Oven) with this and was super happy to have the freed counter space. After a week, this does NOT replace any of the other appliances. The old air fryer heated and cooked at least 4 times faster and ALWAY made the food crispy. This takes 20+ minutes to do what the old one took 5, and the food isn't nearly "done". I just put a probe in and set it to air fry at 450 for 15 minutes. It took ALL of that 15 minutes to even reach 450 in the oven. Maybe it's defective. I'm going to return it for a replacement and I'll update this review if the new one is better.

This oven cooks nicely. The problem is it is impossible to keep it clean. I have tried everything I could think of to clean it, but nothing works. The heating elements have food drippings on it from the air fryer. I have tried to clean them, but am afraid I will damage them. I want to return the oven, but Best Buy says I missed the return date by 1 day. I won't be buying anything from Best Buy ever again if they can't back the products they sell.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are finding the Ninja Air Fry Oven hard to clean. We recommend using the roast tray to reduce grease splatter while cooking, and to wipe the heating elements down with a damp sponge after each use. To remove old/stuck on food drippings and grease from the heating elements, run the unit on the toaster setting on shade 7. This will burn off any grease or food, so smoking is normal.

It is just a mini oven. I have been using small size of an air fryer about a year so i decided to have something bigger. But this is a big mistake dont waste your money if you are looking for an air fryer.

So...I didn’t think I could love an appliance anymore than my original Ninja Foodi. We upgraded to the 10 in 1 XL Pro and I couldn’t be happier. I hardly used my oven before and I know I won’t be using it much with this larger Ninja Foodi. It is a large appliance for the countertop- but it is worth it. You can cook so much in at once. I cooked 5 hamburgers and sweet potato fries and still had room for more. The best part is that it comes with a rack that will capture all the grease. The air fryer was so clean after making the burgers - I wish I would of had that for my original Foodi. There are so many great things this machine does - another favorite is the super fast preheat! It preheats to 400 degrees in less than 90 seconds. You can see the size difference on my counter between the original Foodie and the new Foodie 10 in 1.

Package arrived in horrible banged up condition, taped up to hold it together. Inside, some of the styrofoam packing was missing. The back of the oven is dented. The unit wobbles .. the chassis must be bent. I haven’t turned it on , so I still don’t know if it works. Arrival dated was changed several times.

The Ninja Foodi XL Pro Countertop oven is a great little oven that can do a lot of things. I am amazed at what you can do in these ovens. I have been using it for about a week and have found that you can do most anything in it that you can do in a standard oven as long as it fits. I have made frozen peanut butter cookies that came out great. I used parchment paper and the basket and that worked great. I would not recommend using parchment paper over the standard racks as the wire spacing is too far apart and the cookies will sag. My wife prefers to bake them on a stone, but the kids were very happy with the cookies. The oven heats up very quickly, so I can make cookies much faster than waiting for our full-size oven to heat up. I’ve never made Scottish eggs before, but saw a recipe and thought I would give it a try. I used Italian sausage and baked them in the basket. I was very pleased at how they turned out. They did get brown on the outside and were done perfectly. We have found brussels sprouts as an appetizer at some local restaurants. They are cut in half and crispy. I found a recipe to make them in the Foodi oven and was very pleased at how they turned out. This morning I made Schwan’s frozen scones. I made them on parchment paper using the rack. I should have used the basket instead as they did sag a bit. I should have baked them for the recommended time. I slightly overdid them, but they were great fresh out of the oven. After sitting a bit, the edges did get a bit crispy. This was not the oven’s fault, it was my fault for not trusting the time. Again, my wife prefers to use a stone. Our kids like frozen breaded chicken tenders and we found that we really like the quality of the members mark frozen chicken bites. They come out perfect in the Foodi oven. The kids love them. It is also so easy to just throw them in the basket and let them air bake. No turning is necessary. I also baked a port tenderloin this week and it came out perfect. Slightly browned on the outside and extremely tender on the inside. In general, I really like the Foodi oven. It heats up very quickly and cook times are pretty accurate. Some foods take slightly longer, but not much. When making foods in the microwave they can tend to get soggy, warming them up in the Foodi oven takes a bit longer, but keeps them from getting soggy. When choosing the bake mode, it has many options to chose from. The door is clear, so you can easily check your food without opening the door. The light helps as well. The light automatically turns on for the last minute. It automatically shuts off at the end of the programmed time. When you go back to use it again, it goes back to the last setting for bake mode, time and temperature. Another big plus is that it has space in it for 4 racks. It is possible to bake on 4 racks at a time. The recipe book has suggestions to bake a meal putting a protein on the bottom and vegetable on the top. I have not tried that yet, but it looks like should work well. Another benefit is that it does not heat up my kitchen like our full-size oven. That is a plus in the summer. The only real downside I have found is that it takes up quite a bit of counter space. It is as large as a good-sized microwave oven. If you have a larger family or like to bake a lot, I would highly recommend this little Oven.

Much more than just a "toaster oven"

Boy, the “toaster-oven” has sure come a long way over the years. I remember, just out of college when they were small and mostly for toast or grilled cheese sandwiches, etc. I can assure you they have officially grown up now, with the Ninja DT201 XL Pro Air Oven. Yes, It’ll still do that, but so much more. It’s much bigger but still fits nicely on my countertop under the cabinets. The different functions are brightly and clearly displayed right on the oversized door handle. It has a very bright interior light, which is smart enough to pop on right as the oven's timer is finishing. I love the air fryer function. If you’ve never used an air fryer before, you’re in for a treat. Frozen French fries or fried clams come out beautifully crisp without adding oil. It’s easy to cook complete meals with all the different racks included, and big enough to cook the meat in the lower portion, veggies in a rack on the top. After selecting the function you want, the door handle even suggests to you which level position to slide the rack or pans in! It’s kind of overwhelming at first. It has so many different functions. I can’t wait for more of these to be sold, so that other users can post their recipes on the Ninja Foodi Facebook page. It’s not a real negative, but just be aware that the fan noise of this pro air oven is most likely louder than what you’re using now. It probably must be in order to preheat the oven in just NINETY SECONDS! Think about the convenience of that. Bottom line, I think you’ll really love this new oven from Ninja. My family certainly does.

It does it all, bake, air fry, roast, dehydrate, pizza, toast, bagels, you name it this oven can do it and does it well. It’s a huge oven that can replace your actual oven, your air fryer, and dehydrator for almost anything you cook. I’m so impressed with this oven. What you get: In the box you’ll get the oven, two oven grated, a big air fry basket, 2 sheet pans, and a rosy pan that fits over the sheet pans. You really get a lot of cool little accessories with this one. Set up: There’s nothing to it. Pull it out of the box, wash the pans and grates, and plug it in and you are ready to go. Use: First thing to note, this thing is huge. You really need to think through where you want to put it, because it isn’t something you’ll want to drag in and out of a cabinet to use. Plus I doubt you have a cabinet big enough to fit it. For illustration, I cooked a whole 5 lbs chicken and a whole large butternut squash and still felt like I could have added another squash and it would have done fine. But, once you figure out where to put it, using the oven is dead simple. There are buttons to select between the functions, time, and temp (number of slices and toast shade if cooking toast or bagels). You set it to the desired settings and walk away. It really is so simple. A quick tip though, if you’re not using the pre provided recipes in the recipe book Ninja sends with the unit, you’ll need to keep an eye on your food, because this oven cooks quicker than a conventional oven, as do all convection ovens. Also, preheat times are lighting fast, like about a minute fast, so be ready to go when you click start. Still trying to figure out how to get the crispy crispy wings, but every thing I’ve cooked has turned out good so far. The convection fan on the oven is audible but not overly loud. Overall, I’m really impressed with this oven, the extra size really makes it where I rarely need to use my actual oven as this fits plenty of food to feed our family of 4.
