This thing is amazing! Rapid cooking time, and so much functionality from pressure cooking to air frying. This thing is incredible.

This is not a negative review just an observation for the best buy company as a whole. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to this location. And we couldn't get in touch with stores i was adviced that it a new direction of the company. The online rep couldn't help with the simple question of verifying the was in stock like the was showing. We made it to the store and the quantity of 2 in stock couldn't be found this was a paid for order before we traveled and reserved. The associate said they couldn't find it. It was showing in stock they couldn't find it. 15 miles from another store was showing quantity of 2 in stock. They couldn't contact the store to let them know i was coming because they were closing at 10pm and it was already 9:45pm at the store i went to pick up the item per the order. This a mayor Flaw in your ecosystem for when you are outside of the area as a customer. And the fact that the online help rep couldn't not verify quantities on hands didn't help at all. If you local your ok but if your not your stuck like chuck. We were 170 miles out. We prayed to Jesus to touch the heart of anyone at the other store location to keep the store open for a few more minutes. It was 10:17pm when i went through the exit doors and opened. Thank you Jesus. They couldn't not find the item at first but i keep praying and please look again I'm from far away. They were able to help us with the item of which I'm very happy about. Please learn from this experience i had to help you make better decisions towards improving your business model in service. I'm not a frequent shopper with you guys, so please consider others just me that could be in a very similar situation or position. This is not a negative review. I want to clarify this. Thank you for having the item we wanted so bad based on a necessity we had.

Never knew how much I needed this!!! You can make an entire meal without having to worry about anything. It makes dinner stress-free. I would recommend it to anyone.

Not bad , can become very tricky to use and it cooks way faster and hotter then the previous ones , which should be good but I’ve wasted very expensive dishes because the heat ratio was off from what I expected it to be even trying to close watch . Salmon was def. A tricky one to cook in this thing . Overall I gave three stars cause there’s really nothing new here , besides the fact you don’t have to change lids and get a faster yield time . But I don’t mind my food taking its time cooking and being done right . Great machine overall but again I just don’t know if AT FULL PRICE , it’s worth it

This is truly an all in one cooking device. All functions work as advertised. Sauté then pressure cook function is awesome. Love it.

Since ordering I have used this thing 4-5 times a week. So easy to use and can do anything! Worth every penny!

This Ninja is so easy to use! So nany recipes online for it. We havent used our oven since we got it and are even using this ro reheat items instead of the microwave. It does everything. I cant more highly recommend this. Buy it!! I would have been happy had I paid full price.

Great buy. I was looking for an air fryer and also needed a pressure cooker. Happy that this thing can do both and much more and saves me space. Easy to use and easy to clean also.
