Just because there are two drawers,you don’t have to use both at the same time! Love that I can cook in one drawer or two drawers depending on what I’m preparing! Just follow directions to use both drawers cooking at different times and temperatures and have them done at the same time!

I ordered this as a Christmas present. When it was opened up we found out it was missing parts (the meat thermometer). Best Buy requires me to package it back up and return it for an exchange to get the part that should already be in the box that they sold to me. I will not be buying from Best Buy again. They never should have sold me an item that did not have all the parts in the box, and to fix it they should ship me the missing part at no charge. Poor customer service.
