Generally, it’s working fine, It’s just making the product look abit awkward. Also the Mixer paddle (flat paddle) is chipping, I am worried it may start to chip into my dough eventually. What’s the best I can do?

But as nice as it is, I have to say I am beyond disappointed. Unlike the Crux, there is no removable basket that I can shake during cooking - only a crisping tray. Because of the lack of a removable basket, not only does grease splash if you try to shake it during cooking, but you can’t even dump the contents out after cooking, because all the drippings/grease will pour out too! I’m just glad I only paid $100 for it, so hopefully I can sell it without losing money.

There wasn’t anything on the air fryer. Anything wasn’t a high temperature only had it on for 15

Opened the box and the unit looked OK, did a test run with some Pillsbury apple croissants. One side cooked beautiful golden brown, the other side was still doughy. Tried again same result. Contacted ninja directly and coordinated and exchange, we will see how the second one does. Hopefully it will be shipped with more care than the original one from best buy

Silent dual Air fryer

One of the things you will love about this is fairly quiet. The size is compact considering that you have two baskets. I love the fact that you are able to cook two different meals at the same time at didn't temperatures. If you cook the same type of food in both baskets, by a click of a bottom you can duplicate the cooking setting. I cooked some chicken and chicken tenders and they came out to perfection. All features and controls work accordingly and it is very light weight. The cooking basket easily pulls in and out. Directions clearly displayed in the front of the machine and are easy to follow and it has timing notifications. The venting system works pretty well but I would recommend to use it in an open area since the air comes out from the back and all around the top trim. The machine is very well made and the accessories are very easy to clean. I highly recommend this product.
