This hand mixer has been amazing for making things as simple as breakfast in the morning or blending a juice. It has two different attachments that can be used for a variety of different dishes and recipes, which is very convenient. It is very easy to use and set up and is lightweight, not heavy at all or tiring to use! If you are someone that loves to bake, you’ll fall in love with this mixer, it isn’t hard to use at all and it mixes quickly and efficiently. I have been using hand mixers when I bake and this one is excellent. As someone who also uses the blender to make juices and sauces, this mixer does a great job at blending vegetables to make juices or sauces as well, and is a great alternative to using a standard blender if you do not have the space for one. It is easy to store away and compact when not in use. I love the fact that Ninja includes a recipe book to go along with the hand mixer as well, as this helps provide me with ideas on what else I can make using this mixer. This is a great hand mixer and I’d recommend to anyone who wants a mixer that can be used for a variety of different purposes!

The new Ninja Power Mix is a very versatile & handy device. It comes complete with the accessories to help you mix and blend whatever you want. Although it looks small, it’s very powerful. It has a 750-peak watt unit. It uses what they are calling “SmartTorgue” to keep the blending speeds consistent. Seems to do that very well. The build quality is top notch. It’s rather heavy for its size and that’s a good thing. The adaptability is great. It’s easy as can be to use for mixing a smoothie. But adaptable enough to use for big jobs as well. Clean up is easy with the attachments dishwasher safe. To be honest, before this I was reluctant to use a blender simply because I didn’t want to dig it out and fumble with cleaning it. This is so simple to grab quickly and clean up easily. Part of me wishes this was cordless. But, not needing to worry about the charge not lasting is a big plus as well. Besides, with the 750-peak watt motor I doubt a cordless design would last very long on a charge. Really have no complaints and I expect this will last a long time.

My first impression picking this up is that it has substantial heft. I have large hands and this gripped comfortably, both with the base and the mixer handle. It also has serious torque. You gotta hang on when you switch it on or it will twist your wrist and flip out of control. That might be a slight exaggeration, but I seriously wonder if folks with weaker arms, wrists, or with arthritis could handle it. It's nicely balanced, but still. The fit and finish are precision and high-end. I've used it several times, and as an active maker and crafter, I'm impressed with the feel of this tool. It comes with a blending cup with a lid, and a mixer handle with two beaters and a whisk. This makes it very versatile and really convenient to use and to clean. It can take on many tasks without needing dozens of tools and attachments. My standard blender can migrate to the back of the appliance cabinet because this will take over most of its tasks. My old hand mixer is gone and donated. This fits great in the baking tools drawer where I used to keep the mixer. There's a picture of a chopper attachment on the box, and I'd really like to get that as well, and I'm sure it will retire my chopper and put my food processor on vacation. This is a good tool.

Seemed like a great idea and ninja products are always great as we have many. First time using the immersion blender the motor started smoking like crazy, was not even giving it a real workout.

The Ninja Foodi Power Mix system is the most powerful immersion blender we've used. We've used the GE Immersion blender and also a Hampton Bay immersion blender. The Ninja blows them away, both in quality and in power. The blender itself provides a 4 blade system, compared to the GE's 2 blade. That 4-blade system really helps to pulverize food like a champ. The mixing attachment is also super powerful. The handle attachment really puts it in a class of its own. Most other models that have this style attachment just attach to the immersion blender as one piece, whereas the Ninja provides a TWO piece mixer. Very impressive. So why the 4 stars? Well, I was led to believe that, based on the picture that there was a food processor style attachment, especially considering the price of $100. Nope. The Best Buy variant of the Ninja Foodi includes just a plastic bowl to hold food you blend. It is a useless inclusion and certainly doesn't warrant this package being $100. If you purchase the Ninja Foodi from a very popular wholesale club, it is also $100 but INCLUDES THE CHOPPER ATTACHMENT! What's worse is that the only place to buy the chopper attachment is from Ninja's website...and it is $60 in 3 parts parts, the blade ($15), the 16 oz bowl ($15) and the lid ($30). Very aggravating. It is cheaper just to buy the Ninja Express Chop for $30 which does the exact same thing. If this was just an immersion blender alone, and of course at a lower price point considering a lack of accessories, I would give this 5 stars. But being that it is intended to be a PACKAGE with everything you'd expect from an accessories package, I can't give this more than 4 stars for the price point.

Almost half of my kitchen appliances are already Ninja products, and when I saw this Power Mix system, I said why not give it ago? I've been meaning to replace my mixer and was thrilled that this one had the whisk and beater. But even more, I've been itching to buy an immersion blender for soups and dips, and now I won't have to buy separate appliances! Also, if you have a tiny kitchen, having a mixer system is a huge space safer. The device is well-built, easy to use, and clean. Don't let its size fool you. It can pack a punch, especially with its 750-peak-watt motor. You can easily switch between using it as a mixer or an immersion blender to suit your needs. I had no issues making cookie dough or prepping soup. The power base was comfortable to hold for long periods without feeling tired, especially when mixing multiple cookie doughs or meringue. Overall, the Foodie Power Mix System did not disappoint regarding power or versatility. However, a few things could have made it better: a bag or storage system for the extra parts and a food chopper, which would package the whole system nicely. Again, for the price point, it's a great bargain, especially as a housewarming gift or to replace a few appliances in your home!

I received the husband-of-the-month award from wife for presenting her with this Ninja System..... we have bought and used Ninja kitchen gear in the past.... I was dubious, but my sons insisted they need the blender for smoothies.... and like that I became a fan

This thing is amazing! I decided to replace my 20-year old hand mixer with the Ninja Foodi Power Mixer. To my surprise, this is WAY more than hand mixer. Although, the hand mixer is super quiet, very efficient, and easy to use, my favorite part of this system is the immersion blending option. I thought the immersion blending option would be a great alternative to a hand masher, and I was correct! When I make refried beans, I spend several minutes mashing the beans by hand and this immersion blender took only seconds. The outcome was much more enjoyable and eye-appealing, too! The consistency was even and fluffy. The immersion blender was safe to use directly into my pot without leaving a mark. I have also used the blender to make whipped potatoes and they were delicious! It was a real crowd pleaser and super easy to feed a large family. The hand mixer is a great replacement and upgrade to my old one. Very compact and has a turbo mode! Making my morning muffins and favorite cookie recipe is a breeze with a touch of a button. The mixer has several speeds and a turbo speed to thoroughly mix the ingredients. The single whisk is a nice touch and creates the “fluffy” outcome for pancakes and omelets. I was afraid I wouldn’t find storage space for these gadgets and attachments, but they really take up minimal space and are well worth it! I’m happy to finally replace my old, worn-down hand mixer. While I haven’t used the cup that came in the system package, I can see how the cup would be handy for smoothies or milkshakes, if you enjoy those things.

The Ninja Foodi Power Mix System offers quite a lot of blending functionality in an affordable and compact package. All the attachments feel well built and everything interfaces and fits together nicely. Changing between functions is just as easy as swapping the beaters and mixing attachments on traditional hand mixers but you get the added benefit of an immersion blender using the same motor. Speaking of the motor, it's a bit quieter than my old mixer but still has lots of power. I really like the ability to select a constant speed while also have a one touch 'turbo' button to pulse it up to full speed momentarily. This is useful for breaking up pesky chunks in batter or getting a little extra oomph when blending shakes and smoothies in immersion mode. The swappable nature of the system also allows for easier clean up. You don't have to worry about getting the motor or cord wet as the dirty bits pop right off and are easily cleaned. My only request would be for them to offer an organizer or container to keep everything together while it's being stored. This would definitely earn a fifth star then.

Easy to use and clean. Versatile blender that doesn't take much space to store.

Haven't used yet, but I think just about anything Ninja makes is good.

To those who have counter space a magic Chef makes sense. However Ninja is easy to store and has very appropriate utensils.
