It's a quite value adding product. Pros: Good looking design, both air fryer and grill modes are functioning well. Temp probe is really nice. Most of the parts are easy to clean. Cons: Running a little noisy. Unlike the removable parts, it's not easy to clean the surrounding area inside the upper part. One annoying point for me: When you skip the pre-heat, you always need to open and close the lid. In overall, even if it's not the perfect device, we are quite happy with it and using it daily.

Excellent product. This is our second one because we used the previous one so much. This one is better given larger size. Cooks food so perfectly. Kid friendly too. Another excellent Ninja product.

Easy to use and clean up! I just use aluminum foil for easy cleaning and with the thermometer it cooks everything perfectly. I have the outdoor grill as well but ended up buying something for indoors because of daylight savings time. It was completely dark when I got home to my RV and I also use it when there is bad weather outside.

The Ninja indoor grill is awesome and great to operate,Never in my life would I expect a indoor grill to do as well as this one does. Love it!!! Oh, The steak's are done just the way you want them, thanks to the built in thermometer.

Overall I have been very pleased. I no longer have an outdoor grill so I got this as a replacement. Pros: -the grill option made my chicken very juicy!! Cons: -It is noisier than I expected. -I need to check, it seems bigger than the dimensions listed. -don't fully trust the time frame it gives-a few things I made took much less than what was suggested. -It does take a few minutes to preheat-don't put your food in during this time!!! -there is a good amount of clean up.

I brought it for my boyfriend and he loved it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone especially if you love cooking steaks. He said that it cooks his steaks just the way he likes it.

The product is overall a 5/5 for the money that you pay. Picked this grill up for $170 and it does everything as advertised. The thermometer is cheap but works well, the overall construction of the grill is ok for the price point that I paid but probably not for regular price of $280. It is easy to clean the grill because it is non-stick so you can just wipe it down or take it out and lightly scrub it with soap. The ease of cleaning is definitely the best part of this grill. The air fryer is on par or even better than most other ovens that are primarily used for air frying. The only downside is the top of the grill on the lid that you lift can potentially build up grease or stains overtime which is harder to remove.

This is a no brainer - it does so much and everything cleans up like a snap. I reheat pizza with the Roaster; make grilled cheese sandwiches with bake; steaks and chops and burgers on the grill - oh my! Everyone needs one of these. Oh and it air fries the crispiest bacon so fast!

I highly recommend this indoor grill! It works great and helps me make delicious meals.

I am a Ninja fan. I have the Ninja blender and food processor. This is my latest purchase. I love how this is made. Very sturdy and easy to clean. I use it almost daily. I make steaks, sea food and burgers on the grill, roasts and baked potatoes in the roaster and fries and cheese garlic bread in the air fryer. It has even replaced my toaster for toast. As I live alone this has replaced firing up the oven for many meals. I have had my other Ninja products for years and expect this to last for many years to come. I got this as part of a Black Friday promotion at Best Buy. My experience with Best Buy is always positive. Delivery right to the door in a timely fashion.

Amazing grill and air fryer. Whether cooking meat or a frozen pizza, foods cook quickly and deliciously. Much more efficient than using a regular oven.

This thing is awesome!! Comes with a great cooking guide book whoch is very helpful for meats and other items that don't have a suggestion for an air fryer. The grill setting is amazing as well. The ONLY negative i would give it would it takes some time to heat up, like any grill.

Easy clean up and cooks meats, poultry and seafood excellent. Very stylish and user friendly. Easy storage, love the nonstick. Vegetables keep in the nutrients

Gave it a 4 star because i haven't had it long enough to really analyze it, but so far ive cooked perfect steak and hamburgers. This is my first air crisper and ive only used it to cook fish sticks and breaded shrimp and they came out perfect, im really enjoying it so far. I love the easy clean up, and not having smoke fill my kitchen.
