We got rid of our indoor grill and other air fryer because of this. The first cook had an oopsie, but that was user/should have read the instructions a little closer error. Otherwise grilled or air fried my food has come out spectacular. If you have an indoor appliance for everything get rid of them, and buy the Foodi. It's your one-stop shop

This was a replacement for the original purchase as the down button on temperature setting did not work. This one is ok and works very well. I did not expect the results I got from this grill. The use of the probe and a little understanding about the settings gave us outstanding results. Steaks are perfect and cooking sausage with onions and peppers was very easy and no mess or smoke with easy cleanup. Definitely a great buy at Best Buy.
