Are you kidding me Best Buy? No quality control Sent me a damaged product. Box came looking like this. Go to re order and it’s out of stock. Thank you for completely wasting my time. I guess I’ll be driving it back to the store and buying something else from target.

Make sure you check your box before leavibg the store, my box only came with one 24 oz cup not two like it is advertised online.

I wanted to start making acai bowls at home, but our small Ninja kept getting stuck trying to mix the frozen acai cubes and fruit. Our food processor didn't work well either and made a mess. So I went to Best Buy to look at blender options (but limited by our lacking of counter space) and found this Ninja wonder! It is so easy to use - no need for separate measuring cups b/c the bowl container has the lines you need, and it has a built-in stirrer to keep feeding all of the ingredients down toward the cutting/blending blades. And it has a one button setting for the perfect time to create a smoothie bowl. And when your down, everything goes in the dishwasher! (Except the base of course) It's so easy! The only con is that it is loud, for for less than 30 seconds. Totally worth it!

Good performance after two years of daily use. This machine has plenty of power, no problem power-blending any smoothie or shake ingredients. It is powerful enough to get the "store made" shake texture (whipping fruit, protein powders to a thick/ airy texture). I appreciate it is compact / low profile. As others have said, it is definitely loud. I'm not sure that is avoidable for something both this powerful and this low-profile.

I got the ninja foodi in a ripped or damaged box. The blender wasn't in d plastic dat comes in new products. I bought new not used , so y is the foodi looked used and repackage.

I read all the online reviews and almost didn't buy this. That would have been a mistake. The Good: This unit is well built, solid construction, and surprisingly well designed for under $100. The blender cups are a hard plastic that are rugged and clean easily. The blade assembly has a plastic gear (as does the motor) but are both sturdy and I anticipate no problems with them. I have used this unit daily for 2 weeks blending smoothies (with frozen fruit) and not had even 1 drop of leakage. The seal is very tight. It pulverized everything I've put into it with ease. The Bad: If you are very weak or have very small hands the blade assembly might be hard to unscrew. (But it won't leak because of the tight seal either.) That said my 5'2" wife with small hands has no problems using this. Also the unit is pretty loud. I have a Vitamix blender and this unit is perhaps 30% louder. Not terrible but it will definitely wake up anyone sleeping close by. Also I wish they had a larger blender cup for making multiple smoothies at one time. Over all I am very happy with this unit and would definitely buy it again

Works well. It is loud. We'll see how well it works after 9 months or over a year. I like how fast it gets job done. 1 minute and you got a shake. Easy to use. The cups are well made and lid goes on off very easy. VERY easy to clean.

This brand has always been a name that I trust and this unit is a great example of just that with no exception. With a young family with two children, this appliance works fantastic for our hectic schedules. We have been able create a quick, easy and healthy snack for our kids. The blender is easy to use, cleans up nice and is great looking sitting on the counter. It comes with several base cup of various sizes, so no matter what the occasion I am set to blend. Another benefit to this blender is that the tops lock in place, assuring small kids won’t easily spill. The larger cups are great for adults and the base cup works well for our small children. The machine is able to handle ice with ease and the sound isn't nearly as loud as other blenders I have used in the past. I haven't tried the recipes that came in the box as we typically just use up fruit from around the house, but I am looking forward to trying. All in all we are pleasantly surprised with the versatility of this personal blender and I highly recommend picking one up for those who are on the go!

A former co-worker gave me a Ninja Kitchen System for free, but after daily use (and sometimes it wouldn't finish the process of blending the smoothie), it was time for a new one. I did extensive research and decided on this one. The other system was HUGE and VERY loud. I like that this one takes up less space on my counter top. It's still quite loud during operation, but I usually just leave the kitchen while it's blending the ingredients. No problems with it so far, fingers crossed. Great little system for the price.

Great purchase. Our old blender was big a clunky and took up precious space in our cabinet. We only ever used it to make smoothies. This new one makes killer smoothies. It has a lot of power, and a tiny footprint. We can leave it on the counter full time, so it is a lot more accessible and convenient to use. Very easy to clean with soap and a little water, and it's safe to put on the top rack of the dishwasher when you need to.

Very powerful, yet small. It doesn’t take much room on the counter. Perfect for smoothies, milkshakes, frozen fruit bowls and to make nut butters. I only had it a short amount of time, so I know that I’ll think of more things to make using it. Yes it is noisy. It works fast. There’s a regular on button as well as a pulse. Be sure to check out the recipe booklet inside.

This is one of my favorite purchases. As some other reviews state, it is a little loud, but this makes the perfect smoothie in a matter of seconds and it is very easy to clean.

This blender is awesome. Its fast and a space saver. Fits great on the countertop and blends things nicely. Smoothies, shakes, frozen coffee etc. The only thing I don't like about it is that is is loud. Get one and see for yourself!

Got this after my previous blender, ol' reliable, broke of old age. This one is small enough to not take up too much space and easily cleaned. Much like the other reviews, i will say that it's pretty loud. But, it's understandable seeing how powerful it is! Just don't use it when people are sleeping in the early morning and late nights.

I replaced my magic bullet with this and am so pleased with the way it works. My teenage son drinks smoothies all the time so was looking for something that was both durable and easy to use. He uses the fill lines and makes them with ease. love the blades on this as well. blends ice and frozen produce until they are smooth!

This is a great blender. I bought it to take on a trip and worked just perfectly. I don't think I was expecting it to be that loud as it is a small blender but if that what it takes to make it this powerful, I don't mind at all :)

Man this is phenomenal i make smoothies and different sauces I like the facts you can timed and trust the blending process The suction cup at the bottom hold it from running around the counter its very powerful.

I had a little bullet and it finally went bad. I looked and looked at so many smoothie machines thst I just couldn't decide. Well I finally order this machine and I am so happy with it. I only use it for my morning smoothie and what a great job it does. It will crush ice, frozen fruit and whatever else you want to put in it. It is loud but if you want a powerful and strong motor it will be loud. I will take loud for the good job this blender does.

This is a powerful little blender! We are super happy with this purchase—tears through frozen fruit, simple to clean and not huge!
