Ok, however, not happy this model does not have a thermometer…..too many different brands and models. If I paid $300 for am appliance, would expect that function.

Work as designed. The only draw back is the foods tends to slid in the grease catcher.

Cooks my steaks well in my apartment. Pancakes not so well or I'm just doing something wrong.

Over all the XL Pro has a good reputation but I didn't have enough counter space in my kitchen.

I have owned a bunch of Ninja products for the kitchen, from the slim design pizza all in one oven, to numerous blenders and choppers etc. The issue with Ninja, its hit or miss literally in the kitchen which is unfortunate. This device, however I call it a star and have owned the previous model 6 in one grill and it was awesome. This model is a bit different and you can actually grill, griddle or air fry easily and you can surprisingly grill with the cover down or open smokelessly. This gadget is a bit bulky like the last unit and there is no possible was you can store this on your counter top, however its easy to lug around and is spacious enough to add plenty of meat and other ingredients. I like the fact the grill snaps into place and Ninja was smart to get rid of the corded thermometer since it didnt cook meats to perfection, it was a most of the time case. I like this unit and I think Ninja really shines with devices like this. They should stick to this type of tool and not others.

We've been a pretty big fan of Ninja Foodi products for a while and this one doesn't disappoint either. We upgraded our smaller Foodi grill with this one and I'm really happy with how it performs. Setup is simple. Just plug it in and it's ready to go. There are quick start guides as well as cooking guides included like usual. My initial impression was a little bit of confusion because the grill plate is the only one with the contacts for fully attaching to the machine. But a quick glance at the quick start guide tells you how each mode works with the included attachments. One complaint I do have is the volume of the beeps this thing makes. They are LOUD and piecing. I used this grill for the first time to air fry something after I had put my 18 month old to sleep (her bedroom is right next to the kitchen) and I was seriously afraid it was going to wake her up. From what I've read, there is no way to turn off or down the volume of this beep without cracking the whole thing open and removing the beeper all together and I'd rather not do that. Cleanup is also pretty easy and a lot better than the old grill. The grill plate is just a standard straight line grill as opposed to the circular grill plate with a ton of holes in it on the old grill. The 3 attachments that come with it are easy to clean and you can even put them all inside the Foodi when you're not using it so you don't need to store anything elsewhere. Other than the loud beep that you might be totally fine with, the grill performs well in all the modes. The size of the grill is bigger than our last one which struggled even cooking 2 burgers at the same time. I'm really happy with this one and can't wait to cook more on it. All said, I recommend this and other Foodi products if you're looking for some multipurpose tools for your kitchen. Being able to grill, griddle and air fry with the same machine is fantastic. If this is in your budget, I say get yourself one.

So this is a great addition to our cooking tools. The grill surface can accommodate at least 6 burgers at once, which make cooking a lot easier and quicker during these colder months, when the outside grill isn't as convenient. Easy to setup and start using, plug in... set the temp... and go... it will warm up and you are ready. So far we have just use the Gril and Griddle features. and it works great. Cleanup was pretty straight forward. This is going to be a great and easy tool to use for Grilled Cheese sandwiches and other hot sandwiches. I have another air-fryer, so this particular feature is going to be used less... but I like the size and layout. I do want to try a Totino's pizza in there, as the new rectangle size of the Totino's should be perfect for this size. The Dehydration is what I am looking forward to, and haven't been able to try that yet... We grow peppers... but already used them all up this season. So really hoping to update this review after I get those two functions going. The only down sides: It is a bit on the bulky side. You may not be keeping this one on the counter all the time, and it will take up most space of a larger cabinet. I am lucky enough to have a basement with another counter, so we can keep this ready to use all the time. The other downside, is that all the parts for the unit, don't store with the unit... so we did have to keep one part of it to the side (different cabinet). Overall, this is a MAJOR upgrade to our previous indoor griddles. Going to be used this upcoming weekend for Sunday morning breakfast.
