This is a perfect Kettle that meets my needs. My primary reason for buying this kettle is, it is easy to clean as I can insert my hand into it due to its wide opening.

Love it. So sleek and boils water quickly. Was hesitant for the price, but it’s so worth it. The preset buttons make it super easy too.

i'm a fan from ninja brand, I love every product and this is what i'm looking for... the temper from the screen works amazing, and the time that took to heat water is very fast.

Excellent product!!!! I have replaced many electric kettles. This is by far the best one yet. It is beautiful on my countertop. It heats quickly, and it is easy to operate. Love it!!!!

My unit started to exhibit problems like stopping boiling cycles with error (err1) or without errors after approx 2 months. Customer support were nice but not helpful - asked me to take photos of the unit when the error occur, disconnect from mains for 10 minutes and then resume boiling cycle and take another photo if problem persists. This is ridiculous expecting me to be on stand by next to the kettle everytime I boil water.

The exterior jacket should have been insulated. The kettle gets very hot to touch and there is a chance that one gets blisters because of that. It is like touching a metal kettle that has been on stove. I just received the product (bought it online from BestBuy) and tried it. I will observe our own behavior around it and then decide if I should return it. It is dangerous if there are children around. I expected better from Ninja
