Love it! Great for beginners who want to make their own coffee at home. I have used it for the last 2 weeks and not once have I gone to any specialty coffee shops. I will say a bag of coffee does go quicker than before.

I’ve been using this coffee machine every day for months. If you are looking for a good machine to make lattes or add more variety in your coffee, just buy this one!

Love how simple is to use!! Don’t have to constantly be measuring to get great coffee. The machine is constantly making sure that the grind is right and not once since the moment we stared using it the coffee haven’t taste sour. Is a peace of mind getting the opportunity to romanticize this part of my day without headache is a blessing!!

It’s pricey, but if you like coffee and espresso and anything in between, this thing does it all. The built in grinder is great and has tons of settings and features to tailor to anyone.

bought for my daughter now im jealous. she said the highlight is the cold brew. she said its amazing also you dont have to use the bean grinder if you dont want you can just put ground coffee in but with grinder its best because of the setting for exact amount of coffee to use. Only caveat if you want to be petty is that there is no setting for carafe other than that works great.

Best purchase I’ve made in a while. Thought I wanted a Delongi and had been doing homework a couple of months. Heard about this machine and kinda reluctantly pulled the trigger after reading about problems others were having. We love this thing in every respect! I believe problems most people spoke about resulted primarily from not reading and following directions. Also advise watching YouTube videos from people who know what they’re doing. It’s not difficult at all to use or learn to be perfect at, but you do have to be willing to learn. Don’t just pull it out of the box, plug it in, and expect a Starbucks to appear in your kitchen. There does seem to be some legitimate problems people may have with the grinding motor, but nearly all state that the manufacturer is easy to work with. One negative thing I can mention, if you want items from shark related to this such as cleaning tablets they seem to always be out of stock. Many alternatives are available from other sources.

Bought this as an upgrade to a manual espresso machine and this thing is great. As a person who doesn’t want to bother weighing espresso I love that it pretty much does everything for me. Someone who enjoys the process of making espresso might not love this but for me who has small kids and every sec counts this is perfect especially at this price point

it’s amazing it actually brews coffee that tastes completely different from a regular coffee maker. The flavor is unique and surprisingly good! If you’re a true coffee fan, you need to have this in your home. It’s fun, easy to use.

This was an excellent purchase! I have never had a coffee maker before and so far I am beyond satisfied.

Where do I start? This has been one of the best things we have purchased. Took a bit to get use to from the old school coffee pot but it has now took off and we won't be going back. The price is high but definitely worth it. I recommend it.
