Great product would recommend, Price is high but definitely a quality item.

The first time I saw it, I fell in love. I couldn't get any other better than this NINJA Coffee Machine. It looks perfect in my kitchen. Another NINJA Appliance worthy. The Barista assistant and Hands Free Frother is the best.

Once you figure out how to reduce the strength of the coffee? This machine is an absolute must!!! We love ALL of the features and it’s an amazing machine!

The Ninja Deluxe coffee maker delivers excellent coffee extraction, which I really enjoy. However, it wastes a lot of water, doesn’t allow me to heat my coffee or milk further, and lacks a hot water dispenser. While it performs well in brewing, these limitations affect its overall convenience.

I haven't used it yet. But, for $10 I added the 'deliver today' option. It was so refreshing to receive a package that didn't look like it had been runover by a forklift. Thanks whoever you are :)

Best Espresso machine ever. Works as described. Only thing is the plastic pieces break easy and had to do a warranty for it

One of the best purchases I’ve made in a while. Definitely worth your money.

I was so happy when I first got this machine. It’s easy to use and I love how everything has a compartment in a spot. It’s compact and square so easily fits into different spaces. However, after three weeks, it broke and wouldn’t produce any coffee I bought, the Best Buy warranty and went to Best Buy to find that they would not actually fix it like the warranty said but give me money to buy a different machine. On top of that, I would need to buy another warranty for the next machine so in effect I’m out close to $100 For every machine that may or may not work. I was shocked and out a ton of money unless I took my chances on potentially another broken machine. Also, I feel like Best Buy just keeps putting broken machines back in stock and sending to the next person as this had previously been open, but upon inspection looked as if it hadn’t been used, but now I don’t think so Would not recommend

So far I am loving this thing. I hope it last for a good while. I only wish it had a dedicated hot water option.

Excellent coffee maker for both normal coffee and espresso drinks. Works well.

Good product I like it. It is great, we use it two to three times a day. It makes several types of coffee, as if it were magic. I highly recommend it.

This machine is a BEAST! We use it daily for all our coffee and espresso needs and the quality blows away our previous Breville maker.

Machine is beautiful and come with decent accessories but the lack of hot water dispenser is baffling. No americano option is as well. This is a fairly new machine so to not have those options is baffling. Also means that I will be looking to upgrade sooner than later

Very nice and versatile device, given to the wife for Christmas. It was packaged very well, with *three* manuals.

Exceptional. Ninja is a quality company that produces quality products. This is no exception. This product does its job quickly and perfectly.

The machine is okay, but I think Ninja needs better quality control. The temperature is inconsistent—sometimes the espresso is hot, while other times it’s just warm. The features are a pro, but the intermittent issues with the machine are a con. I may end up returning to my previous machine, which was consistently reliable. I’ll test it for a few more days; if the issues persist, I’ll return it.

This is a wonderful expresso machine. Easy to set up and worth the price.

I have only had it a month but i do love that it does everything for me and takes out the guesswork. When i make a drip coffee it sometimes take a long time for the water to drip through but i am adjusting the grind setting to figure that out.
