Bought to replace a Chefman espresso machine and Nespresso. I have to say, this is the best machine I’ve owned! I’m not sure how it compares to more expensive brands but I can tell you it makes latte’s that taste way better than the national coffee chain! With the cost of restaurant coffee being so high, this thing will pay for itself within months.

I’m in love with my Expresso Machine. It’s been a hit for all my get togethers, especially when we’re making Expresso Martinis. Easy to use and clean.

This is a very capable device, and it brews a very good cup of coffee. It turns out that I don't like espresso so I can't really comment on that. It's pretty easy to clean, has a large water capacity. The only thing I would have liked is an easier way of swapping beans without having to grind and discard the beans already in the funnel. A pretty standard size travel mug does not fit under the brew nozzles without entirely removing the drip tray, which is both bizarre and costs it a star. It has settings for brewing 16oz coffee, but can't take a 16oz container? C'mon. The frother is unreasonably loud, but it's great for hot chocolate!

This has been awesome to have around my house. My wife is a big time coffee drinker. We have already saved money on the coffee beans. My wife has been having a great time making expressos. I’m really enjoying the cold brew. 10 out of 10 for me.

When it grinds the beans its like an old car going up a steep hill. I dont know how long it will last but the coffee is very good, I think in a few more weeks its going to pay for itself.

1 year later and we still enjoy this purchase. Lazyness to froth the milk is the only downside.

Great machine, if it works. Got the first machine all set up. Went to go make the first cup of espresso.... nothing. No water, no heat, nada. After fiddling with it longer than I should, it was recommended by their support to get a replacement. Machine #2: Worked wonderful. Stopped getting coffee elsewhere and have been making 2 cups day... I guess that's too much for Ninja. Machine stopped working, tossed an ER14 code. Code indicates bad water flow. When on cleaning cycle, water flows just fine. I noticed "cold press" works. Anything needing heat doesn't. So... it's back to their support team. I can't recommend this machine at this time.
