Researched a lot of multi purpose coffee machines for a gift for my parents. Couldn’t find everything they wanted (can’t make large pot of coffee) but it had most including espresso, cold brew, built in bean grinder, lattes, etc. Very happy with the look and functions of this machine especially at the price compared to other models that are over 1k. Makes an amazing restaurant quality espresso martini with the right ingredients, and parents love it.

Easy to set up and use. So far, enjoying the easily brewed cups of coffee.

Easy setup and calibration to achieve consistent espresso pulls. Really hard to find anything negative to say about this machine. The brew group heats up quickly and does not require a preheat shot. We've tested each mode and are very satisfied with the results. Automatic frothing works very well for cow's milk and plant based. Solid product and a great value for the price in a very crowded market. Ninja did their homework.

After taking a deep dive into the science of a perfect pull of espresso and all the equipment needed to accomplish that, I discovered this gem! There is a very long list of desirable features, but the best one, honestly, is the grind recommendation. Researching espresso machines, you find out VERY quickly that the grinder is AS important if not MORE than the espresso machine itself. “Dialing in” the correct grind is time consuming and wastes some of your spendy coffee beans. This machine weighs your grounds as they are freshly ground and based on how quickly or slowly the espresso is pulled, it RECOMMENDS a grind FOR YOU. I’ve had this unit for months now, used it multiple times a day and LOVE IT. I wasn’t surprised when the price went up, honestly.

Very easy to use with terrific coffee every time. Good design with neat compartments for storage of parts when not in use. Very good built quality.

This is the perfect all in one coffee maker, cappuccino maker, iced coffee maker. It’s strong and metal parts. Awesome taste and coffee. I use espresso beans which it grinds its own beans so you get fresh brewed cappuccino’s lattes or coffee great item great price.

If you're a person who likes espresso, but doesn't want to have to control every single element manually, this machine is perfect for that.

This is the best coffee, espresso, and latte maker I've ever owned. I have had machines that cost three times this amount with lesser results. The only thing I wish is that I could turn the Premier in for the new Pro model. The integrated tamping reduces messes to almost nil, and the added Americano option is something I envy.

This was a great mother's Day gift for my wife. It has all the modes that she loves to enjoy at Starbucks. Is super easy to enjoy your very own espresso at home without the need to know every detail about making them.

Best ever coffe espresso maker for home with variety of use

Overall, the machine is excellent, and its coffee is delicious. The problem lies in the quality of the parts and the customer service. After two months of use, the funnel is broken, and Ninja has no parts available and will not allow a backorder. Their response is for me, the customer, to monitor their website and call back when it's in stock. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a company selling a premium product, and I would advise other to shop elsewhere.

This espresso makes great coffee and is very easy to use. I’ve had other more expensive espresso makers and this one is hands-down much better.

So many incredible features! We thought we would need another coffe machine to go along with the espresso machine but it really does it all!!!

If you love coffee and would like to make your own and skip the big businesses, this is the perfect Espresso, Coffee and Cold Brew machine to own! I've had mine for 3 months now and I have no regrets and I've improved with making my own coffee. Also, once you've made 200 lattes, you've gotten your money's worth and you get to save from buying coffee outside.

I cannot say enough good things about the Ninja-Luxe Cafe! It's pricy, but well worth it. The machine itself is sturdy and well built. The flavor of each coffee/ espresso drink I have made is incredible. I no longer go to Starbucks.

LOVE IT, so far. I'm on my third lb of beans, and the machine has been amazing. My only complaint is that it requires quite some force to lock the portafilter in place. My friend owns that very popular brand that starts with 'B' and she said her filter goes on easily. This machine I need to use both hands to leverage the machine while tightening.

We love this coffee maker. We have had and used it for some time now and it works great. Great tasting coffee and easy to maintain. We have recommended to our friends and all we talk to.

I was skeptical in buying this, but it checked all the boxes. I would absolutely buy it again!
