This machine came highly recommended by an employee at best buy and it did not disappoint! So easy to use and makes delicious coffee every time! The cold foam maker is our favorite for iced drinks! Highly recommend this machine!

Have had ours for months. We have Nespresso, Keurigs on each floor, a Starbucks coffee brewer, a Lor Capppucino machine and 2 French presses and now this. I know, i know… thats a STUPID amount of coffee appliances. Guilty as charged, but we have been looking for that one perfect machine and if you have just a few extra minutes for making the oerfect cup and a quick cleanup after each cup (the only minor drawbacks), then this us it. Its rated better than comparable Brevelles for a reason. The built in tamper is awesome. The frother that purges out milk that gets inside it…. The auto bean grond size detector and selectir and so much more!!! We love it soooooo much!! I made my wife a French Vanilla latte with extra frothed foam that also was French Vanilla flavored with Ethiopian beans yesterday morning and this morning she made me a Maple Pecan Cappucino with light Madagascar flavored foam with beans from Black Rifke Coffee Company in my gavorite tall ceramic handmade cup from Allewine Pottery in Gatlinburg. Gotta go right now… im about to make a Cold Pressed Quad Espresso with double frothed milk and Brown Butter Toffee Syrup to take in the car while we run errands this morning. Thanks, Ninja!!!!

Coming from k-cups and nespresso this was an upgrade x10! It can make any coffee beverage you can think of, and I love the upgrades from the previous version- built in tamper, hot water spout (americano and lungo now being options), extra foamy froth option, and they have elevated the look! So so happy with my purchase. I look forward to waking up now to see what my morning coffee will be!

This is a late review. i pre-ordered this and got it on the release date and have used it multiple times everyday since it arrived. To say that I absolutely love this machine is an understatement. It is so easy to use (after practicing with it) and the coffee and espressos it makes is delicious. The cost may be prohibitive but Best Buy offers 18 months interest free financing helped me make this purchase. If you’re thining about making this purchase, I encourage you to do it!

My girlfriend and I upgraded from an espresso machine we got from target the chefman barista pro. We both noticed that the ninja was a higher quality both in feel and looks. We both like having the grinder internal so we don’t always have coffee grinds on the kitchen countertop. We are also very pleased with the coffee quality. When we used our old machine the coffee was good but not great. With the ninja we are now getting fantastic results with our lattes and cold brews tasting close to coffee shop quality. Overall while the ninja was quite a bit more expensive than our last machine the quality makes it worth it and we are very happy with our purchase.

The absolute very best way to enjoy the Java Bean!! Espresso, Coffee, Cold Brew and Tea. This Machine does it all. Easy to use. The best cup of Joe is through this Ninja!! Absolutely delicious and I fully recommend it.

A user friendly espresso machine. Has many features including assisted tamping, intergrated grinder and AI to determine best grind setting for your specific beans. It can froth milk depending on the type like dairy or plant base. The unit does have some plastic parts but for what you pay, it definitely stacks up to the higher end all stainless steel models out there.

This coffee maker has truly changed the game in my home. I’ve learned to make the perfect cappuccino, finally mastered a solid drip coffee, and I’m getting better every day. I love that I can make anything I want right at my fingertips using quality coffee beans. I did remove one star because the machine goes through water quickly, and emptying the drip tray can be a hassle if it isn’t placed right next to a sink. It also slides around very easily on real granite countertops, which can be annoying when you’re trying to use it. I’m hoping that in the future they introduce an automatic water-fill option and a direct water line connection to make it even more convenient.

The Luxe Pro is well worth the price tag! I've only had it for a month and I've saved around 100+$ from not visiting coffee shops anymore. It's so easy to use and has so many features that I can make any coffee, tea, or hot chocolate I want, any time I want, at home now. I really love it and my drinks actually taste better than any coffee chains beverages around me. I know the price tag makes you pause but you really get what you pay for with the Pro and I promise its well worth it even if you rarely drink coffee or tea.

By far the best and easiest to work. Works very well. We get beans from a local coffee show and make are drinks at home and they taste identical. Crazy how user friendly this thing is. We’ve bought multiple different ones before that even were more than $1,000 and this was by far the best.

This machine is super easy to use, and the quality of the coffees is better than Starbucks. In no time, I am making a latte or cappuccino. I love it.

Easy to make quality espresso shots at home. Espresso is the main reason we bought this machine and it does well. Still playing with some of the other features but it seems to do a good job. Ninja products have been good to us and hope to get the longevity we have in the past.

If you're deciding between this and the 501/601, I personally found the expanded drink options and other thoughtful upgrades to be worth the extra cost. An incredibly versatile machine that could make just about any coffee based drink you could want. It doesn't require any experience, and you could start making tasty drinks very quickly with the barista assist. The auto-frothing also yields the best results of any machine I've tries that has this feature. I have a couple of gripes with the way the machine interacts with recognizing which basket you are using, if you use a separate grinder for a different bean than what you have in your hopper. It would also be nice to have options for different kinds of portafilters, and a manual brew mode as well. So if you're looking to tinker and experiment more in-depth with your shots, this machine will be very limited for that. But if you're looking for a no fuss machine that removes a lot of the frustration of dialing in your shots, you're really not going to find a better all in one machine that produces so many different quality drinks in this price range.

Very simple to use I love the built in tamper makes the process easier, also the the grind assistant takes the guesswork out the brewing process. The Ninja Lux is well built

I love espresso coffee lattes, and this thing does just that without a lot of hassle. There is a little learning curve in getting the machine calibrated to your coffee beans (there are instruction and videos for this) but as long as you're using one type of bean consistently, you only need to do this once. If you change beans, then the grind will not be the same and you'll get inconsistent results until recalibrated. This make all your favorite styles of hot and cold brew coffee. My favorite part of the hands free hot and cold milk frother. This does an amazing job with one touch. Thick or light foam settings and the cold foam is the best for summer iced or blended drinks
