The Ninja Luxe Café 700 Series is hands-down the most versatile coffee machine I’ve ever owned. I’ve been wanting a combo espresso/coffee machine for ages but prices were more than I wanted to spend. I decided to wait and it paid-off. This Ninja hit the magic price. Easy to use, it makes excellent coffee and espresso although the latter’s dispensed quantity of a single shot is disappointingly shy of 1.5 ounces. A standard shot is two. Be prepared to use/order a handheld vacuum or use a vacuum hose to clear the leftover coffee beans from the burr grinder. The manufacturer’s helpline suggested turning the machine on its left side to clear the grinds. Wrong move! as the water inside the bladder leaked and caused a big ol’ mess. I’ve not used the frother and doubt I ever will.

I have tried at least 10 different types of espresso machines, from $200-2000....returned most, sold a couple. All to complex or under performed or just required more know how that I could manage. The Ninja Luxe Cafe is quite amazing. It is beautifully built, produces great drinks and does not require anyone to be a coffee rocket scientist. I can finally have various coffee treats stress free!

I purchased the Ninja Luxe Cafe Pro (es701) from Best Buy a week ago and I love it. I am using espresso beans from Pt's Coffee and it makes fantastic espresso drinks! The frother works really well also. I really love the espresso shots and Americano drinks. The only issue I have is so far I am only getting adequate drip coffee. But I didn't purchase the machine for drip so I am very happy.

What can I say about this machine other than I love it! I received this as a birthday and Mother’s Day gift. It is easy to use. It is so easy that I am on crutches recovering from surgery and can use it with no issues. I haven’t had the chance to try all of the options, yet. I have only made drip coffee and lattes. I I am waiting to buy better beans. But I cannot wait to make a cold brew with cold foam. It looks beautiful, works like a dream, what are you waiting for? Just buy it. You will not regret it.

This just works, You grind, tamp, put in machine brew and work you steamed milk and done. With all it can do you will find it will be your favorite. Also, being a small town a coffee subscription works great for me because you know It has been roasted, recently. This will bring out all those flavors!

One of the best purchases I’ve ever made from Best Buy. We have a coffee bar now and my wife thinks she’s a barista, because of how good the coffee, cappuccino- iced or hot and espresso come out. Never knew how good a cup of coffee would taste, until we got this from Best Buy. Don’t send guess yourself and think that this is something you can do without, if you love coffee, you’ll love this machine,,

Outstanding coffee maker! Simple to use and produces amazing espresso drinks and drip coffee!

I picked this up on the holiday sale at the end of November 2025. I went down the coffee rabbit hole a few years ago. I had a decent espresso machine, all the extra accessories, as well as pour over, Aeropress, and French Press as well as a decent burr grinder. While weighing, grinding, using the WDT, leveler and finally tamping is a part of the experience, it is time consuming. I find that I can knock out an excellent latte that is just to my taste and clean up everything in less time than it did before and even a little faster than using a Moka pot. Now it did take some time and experimentation with different coffee beans, settings, and a little learning the machine. That included developing my workflow. Now, it's easy to start my day with a great latte to my specs. Additionally, there is plenty of other coffee styles and options to play with. I need to dedicate some time just to trying many of them out. Overall, I am very happy with this machine.

I’ve been wanting to invest in an espresso machine for a while now. Watching tons of YouTube videos and talking to friends. I was very close to buying the Breville Barista Express or Touch. I realized that the learning curve and the time it takes to make coffee will eventually discourage my wife & I from using it much. We decided to purchase the Ninja Luxe Café Premier until we realized they have a new model out (Pro). I called Ninja to learn more about the features and differences between both. This model was just released in N. America via BestBuy and is not available yet through Shark/Ninja USA. It’s already been in Europe for a while now. So far, the machine looks great, feels heavy duty and seems reliable. The espresso and flavored coffees are wonderful. Only time will tell how reliable it will be. For now, we love using it.

I originally bout this machine to avoid the hassle of Starbucks. But I quickly realized that I NEEDED this machine more than I care to admit. This machine is awesome!! It does EVERYTHING and the coffee comes out DELICIOUS!! My advice is to READ the Manual!! It is a requirement!! This is truly an investment so understand the level of commitment before purchasing. Great coffe maker. It makes delicius coffee, is fast, easy to use and easy to clean.

This machine has ruined normal coffee for me! I can no longer make a normal pot of coffee without feeling cheated. I have made cappuccinos, frappes, drip coffee, and caramel macchiatos, to name a few. I find myself frustrated at the thought that I cannot make another drink when it is 10:00 at night. Don't contemplate this decision. Buy it and be happy!

Really great machine and easy to use. Cleanup is easy. I would give it 5 stars, but for some reason my double shot was being incorrectly detected as a single, but it stopped. Not sure what was happening. I also notice the espresso gets jammed occasionally - it shouldn't need descaling yet. Only a month in. The drip is pointless. Luckily I have the Best Buy Plus membership - might change models. The espresso is great quality. Big upgrade from my $150 Breville Nespresso!
