I’ve been using the Ninja Espresso machine for a month now and overall, I’m really impressed. It’s clean, convenient, and makes a consistently good cup of coffee with minimal mess—definitely a win for anyone who values cleanliness and ease of use. That said, I do miss the hands-on control I had with my old manual espresso machine. There’s something satisfying about dialing in the grind, tamping the shot, and pulling it just right. But for everyday use and speed, the Ninja delivers exactly what it promises.

Great product. Very well built and easy to setup and use. The smart functions that allow you to select different coffee types make it very easy to have everything from an espresso shot, to an iced coffee. Most important is the machine has auto cleaning features that keep the machine fresh and sanitary.

This machine is just amazing. From simple coffee to fancy coffee, this does it all. Clean-up is super easy too, which was a big problem on other machines I've had. You should buy this!

We gave the Ninja Luxe Café Pro Series 4-in-1 to my aunt and uncle as a Christmas gift, and they absolutely love it. Really great machine and easy to use. Cleanup is easy. I would give it 5 stars, but for some reason my double shot was being incorrectly detected as a single, but it stopped. Not sure what was happening. I also notice the espresso gets jammed occasionally - it shouldn't need descaling yet. Only a month in. The drip is pointless. Luckily I have the Best Buy Plus membership - might change models. The espresso is great quality. Big upgrade from my $150 Breville Nespresso!

We've had this for a little over a month and it is by far the best and easiest espresso machine we have ever used. We went away from k pods and surprisingly we saw added benefits by my wife's hip pain completely going away in just two days. We are thinking from no more micro plastics. Get the pro and splurge. It's worth it to not have extra pieces

Very pleased with the Luxe Cafe Pro machine. This replaced a KitchenAid K8 fully automatic machine that was very inconsistent and went through massive amounts of water every day. Let's start with the negatives and get them out of the way. 1. It should have some caster rollers on the bottom. That's the reason for 4 stars. 2. The automatic grind recommendations seems a bit wonky with espressos. Using fresh roasted beans from one of our many local roasters, the recommended setting changes from 17 to 15 with EACH USE every time. We ended up setting it to 16 and ignore it telling us to change it back and forth for the same double-shot espresso. The positives? There are lots of them! 1. This is truly an easy machine to use. We didn't want to learn to be a barista to make a latte. The most challenging thing to learn was "how hard" to press the tamping lever down. 2. It doesn't go through a large amount of water like other machines do. 3. Easy to clean components. 4. Removable drip tray for tall travel mugs. 5. Hot water only feature. Forget the microwave. Brewed hot water is so much better. 6. Easy to maintain, descale and clean. 7. Loved the included Inspiration Guide booklet of recipes with detailed instructions! 8. Plant based milk option. Sadly, we are a dairy-free household so I can't compare how well this machine works on animal-based milk. I so APPRECIATE the included card on frothing milk that suggests using BARISTA milks. We tried all the different types of plant based milks we could find in the local grocery stores. All the coconut milks purchased tasted good, but all had a chalky texture and did not froth. We also learned that the louder the machine sounds while frothing the milk, the less it is going to froth. (It was frothing over 90 db on plant based milks until we used the Barista blends and then it was so quiet the first time we thought the machine had shut off!) ..... Pacific Foods Barista Coconut Milk DOES FROTH and it TASTES GOOD!!! We also were really impressed with the frothing of Pacific Foods Hemp Milk and really enjoyed the unique flavor too. We have used this daily for over 30 days now and really enjoy it and would recommend it to anyone that can afford to splurge on a machine like this.

This machine takes all of the guess work out of making a good coffee beverage. Reading on line reviews, others have to weigh, grind, adjust settings for the type of drink, tamp, froth. It's a nightmare to think about. But this machine does it all for you. All you have to do is tell it what you want to make by a dial of a button and the rest is history. Expresso, coffee, iced coffees, flavored drinks, teas, chocolates, it does it all. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who has been afraid to purchase an expresso machine in the past.

I just got this machine and am really impressed by how easy it is to use. Grinding finer really changed the taste. I love that you can now tell the difference between different coffee types and finer vs. courses grinds. I wasn't able to do that with a regular French press. Definitely recommend

Bought this a month ago. It is really amazing. Does everything I need and the quality of the drinks are 100%. The Pro 4 in 1 version checked all my boxes for features and performance. Best of all it was in stock at my local BestBuy.

I LOVE this espresso machine. The coffe is always hot and tastes delicious. I find myself drinking more than one cup a day and saving so much money since I’m no longer stopping at Dunkin or Starbucks. This espresso machine gives my coffee so much more flavor than previous ones I’ve tried.
