Just purchased and used this for the first time today. Coming from a Nespresso, this is still easy to use, albeit a little more work, but the espresso is much better using my choice of fresh beans. I didn't want to be a barista, so this perfect for me versus some of the other machines that require more time and skill to use. It came in a few days early for pickup at store, which was a pleasant bonus :)

Overall this was a great purchase! However, the grind setting and tamping has to be just right for the best outcome. Seems to me as the water pressure should be higher. I could not find the Bar for this unit. Also, I would have like to see a cup warmer that actually preheats my coffee cup before use.

I have almost a month using this machine and im amazed.. it does professional coffee and it is pretty and professional.

This makes a great cup of coffee, espresso, and espresso drinks, but it is not perfect. I am overall happy with the Pro. It definitely isn't for machine purists because it is so automated, but the most important thing for getting a great cup of coffee is the quality of the beans. If you don't start with great beans, even the best machine won't help. Grocery stores, Starbucks, Peets, none of them have great beans. It is well built, and is easy to use to get reliabe cup quality. The issues I have with the machine is that the steamed milk, even with the highest hidden menu setting, only gets the milk up to 150F on the automatic setting. To get to 160, I need to add additional time with the manual frothing option. Not a deal breaker, but an additional step. The overall froth is very good, however. Secondly, sometimes it is too automatic. The machine only knows which filter basket size is being used if grinds the beans. If you use an external grinder for a different bean (decaf), sometimes you need to use the internal grinder to get the machine to recognize the proper basket. Unfortunately, this then means you waste some beans. If you use it for drip coffee, ignore the recommended grind size. It is too coarse and makes weak coffee. I grind two sizes down, usually a 20, and it does make a good cup of coffee.

This machine has been the best purchase!!! From an avid Starbucks daily customer to an at home barista, this machine brews the best espresso and helps me craft the most amazing coffee!! I’m so thankful the hubs decided to gift me this for my bday. There’s been a learning curve, but nothing the user manual and YouTube can’t fix it. Highly recommend!!

This machine is amazing. I use it multiple times a day. It has everything you need, easy to use and makes delicious coffee! Very happy I chose this espresso maker !

The Ninja Lux Cafe is everything that they say it is. I have never had an espresso machine performe as this does. I am so glad i made this purchase, well worth the money spent

So glad I went with this espresso machine as my first espresso machine purchase. It's easy to learn / use. Can make so many different drinks with this 1 machine. Perfect in every way!

As of today, 12/29/25, I have only had this espresso machine for about 3 weeks. So far, I am loving all of the great features and options that come with this machine. It has just about everything you could think of and/or want in a non commercial espresso machine. As someone who used to be a barista, I am very happy with this product, and I am hoping, like most Ninja products, that this machine has the same longevity, durability, and long lifespan. If I am able to remember, I will try to update this review in about 6 months.

It is very easy to use and has a lot of coffee options. Had been using it for a month and it has worked very well.

One of the best purchases I’ve ever made from Best Buy. We have a coffee bar now and my wife thinks she’s a barista, because of how good the coffee, cappuccino- iced or hot and espresso come out. Never knew how good a cup of coffee would taste, until we got this from Best Buy. Great product. Easy to navigate for anyone in the house. Barista help is pretty good (i had 0 clues about making an espresso before this). Id say its the best entry device to get out of the cups/boiling your coffee lol

Bought as an anniversary gift for my wife who will drink Starbucks or 7Brew everyday of the week, now we practically have her favorite drinks on tap at home lol. Great investment and definitely a solid machine, definite upgrade from the Ninja Luxe compared to what we seen online. We are partial to Ninja products, so go with your gut on the purchase, in our opinion its an easy buy for us.

I’m finding this machine ideal for my needs. Makes great coffee, easy to use and clean. You don’t have to go to barista school to get your favorite cup of coffee. The integral tamp is a good feature. Refining the grind is made easy with the machine recommendations. Also the frothing options work very well. You do have to keep an eye on the drip tray as the self cleaning steam wand will fill it up after a few brews.

Impressed!! Just started out making my own drinks at home. Super easy to use and keep clean. Shows words instead of icons which makes it easy to understand what type of drink you are selecting. The machine will also tell you if you have the wrong portafilter inserted based on drink selection so you could say it's "dummy" proof. 100% recommend this model with the built in tamper.

Love the easiness on make great coffee for myself. Use the froth to heat up milk for hot chocolate also.

This machine has ruined normal coffee for me! I can no longer make a normal pot of coffee without feeling cheated. I have made cappuccinos, frappes, drip coffee, and caramel macchiatos, to name a few. I find myself frustrated at the thought that I cannot make another drink when it is 10:00 at night. Don't contemplate this decision. Buy it and be happy!
