The Ninja Lux Cafe is everything that they say it is. I have never had an espresso machine performe as this does. I am so glad i made this purchase, well worth the money spent

It is very easy to use and has a lot of coffee options. Had been using it for a month and it has worked very well.

Ninja has perfected the espresso machine with this. It makes everything super easy and really does have every feature you could need.

Bought as an anniversary gift for my wife who will drink Starbucks or 7Brew everyday of the week, now we practically have her favorite drinks on tap at home lol. Great investment and definitely a solid machine, definite upgrade from the Ninja Luxe compared to what we seen online. We are partial to Ninja products, so go with your gut on the purchase, in our opinion its an easy buy for us.

I’m finding this machine ideal for my needs. Makes great coffee, easy to use and clean. You don’t have to go to barista school to get your favorite cup of coffee. The integral tamp is a good feature. Refining the grind is made easy with the machine recommendations. Also the frothing options work very well. You do have to keep an eye on the drip tray as the self cleaning steam wand will fill it up after a few brews.

Had this for about 6 weeks now, and use it at least twice daily. I wouldn't say perfect, but I'd say for the price, functionality, customization and reliability, it's about 95% of what I'd want. Easy to maintain, clean, use, understand and troubleshoot, plus their customer service is amazing, Ninja doesn't disappoint. I went from very little knowledge and spending nearly $10 per day at the local coffee shop to this thing. I've read the only complaints are having to dispose of used water frequently... But at less than 30 seconds to do so, I feel that's a small issue. No regrets, thank you!

This machine takes all of the guess work out of making a good coffee beverage. Reading on line reviews, others have to weigh, grind, adjust settings for the type of drink, tamp, froth. It's a nightmare to think about. But this machine does it all for you. All you have to do is tell it what you want to make by a dial of a button and the rest is history. Expresso, coffee, iced coffees, flavored drinks, teas, chocolates, it does it all. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who has been afraid to purchase an expresso machine in the past.

This is my 1st manual espresso machine and really wanted to like it. It's actually very good at doing decent espresso shots of different size. It's good at milk frothing too. No complains there. It's having serious issues with drip coffee getting the grinding size right and with cold drinks outputs. It also makes a mess with powder under portafilter and access water in the tray. Frustrating..

Literally have been waiting for a machine like this that makes it so easy to use and enjoy a freshly brewed latte. The added tamper is so convenient and the customization that comes in this one machine makes it so that everyone in my home can enjoy their preferred style of coffee - hot or iced!!

Very pleased with the Luxe Cafe Pro machine. This replaced a KitchenAid K8 fully automatic machine that was very inconsistent and went through massive amounts of water every day. Let's start with the negatives and get them out of the way. 1. It should have some caster rollers on the bottom. That's the reason for 4 stars. 2. The automatic grind recommendations seems a bit wonky with espressos. Using fresh roasted beans from one of our many local roasters, the recommended setting changes from 17 to 15 with EACH USE every time. We ended up setting it to 16 and ignore it telling us to change it back and forth for the same double-shot espresso. The positives? There are lots of them! 1. This is truly an easy machine to use. We didn't want to learn to be a barista to make a latte. The most challenging thing to learn was "how hard" to press the tamping lever down. 2. It doesn't go through a large amount of water like other machines do. 3. Easy to clean components. 4. Removable drip tray for tall travel mugs. 5. Hot water only feature. Forget the microwave. Brewed hot water is so much better. 6. Easy to maintain, descale and clean. 7. Loved the included Inspiration Guide booklet of recipes with detailed instructions! 8. Plant based milk option. Sadly, we are a dairy-free household so I can't compare how well this machine works on animal-based milk. I so APPRECIATE the included card on frothing milk that suggests using BARISTA milks. We tried all the different types of plant based milks we could find in the local grocery stores. All the coconut milks purchased tasted good, but all had a chalky texture and did not froth. We also learned that the louder the machine sounds while frothing the milk, the less it is going to froth. (It was frothing over 90 db on plant based milks until we used the Barista blends and then it was so quiet the first time we thought the machine had shut off!) ..... Pacific Foods Barista Coconut Milk DOES FROTH and it TASTES GOOD!!! We also were really impressed with the frothing of Pacific Foods Hemp Milk and really enjoyed the unique flavor too. We have used this daily for over 30 days now and really enjoy it and would recommend it to anyone that can afford to splurge on a machine like this.

Have it for about a month and zero regrets. From cappucino to drip coffee to iced caramel machiatos very easy to use. The drip tray needs to be emptied often but no big deal. Always use fresh whole beans from local roaster stay away from the store shelf beans.

This coffee maker replaces my Breville which broke down twice in a year. This one so far is great from the cold brew to the quad shots. It foams milk far better than the Breville ever did!

Bought this a month ago. It is really amazing. Does everything I need and the quality of the drinks are 100%. The Pro 4 in 1 version checked all my boxes for features and performance. Best of all it was in stock at my local BestBuy.

We had a Breville touch die on us, and didn’t want to try that brand again, we opted for this unit and it’s been great! Seems easier to use, hopefully it lasts longer than the Breville that died just over a year old.
