We have owned this item for several years now and it works great. We have also purchased on more than one occasion for Christmas presents.

I highly recommend this blender. It’s a bit loud. But, it get the job done. I use it mainly to make smoothies and it just crushes all of the ice down to bits.

I was reticent about spending $150 on a blender, but I'm making a lot of smoothies and burnt my old one out. Having the blades that go all of the way up the container is much faster, and requires no manual pushing/stirring to get everything chopped up. The food processor container and blade are surprisingly helpful, and saved me from buying a food processor. Overall, pretty happy.

This device has been getting used alot in our household. The only thing we havent used are the Black plastic blade. Since we have bought this i hear it at least 2xs a day(smoothies and crushed ice). Im tired of buying smoothie stuff. Be careful when introducing this machine.

This is awesome. I used the Magic Bullet products and this one is far more durable and has the strength to blend larger or thicker products you may want in your smoothies etc.

We bought this to blend meal replacement shakes. This makes quick work of anything we put in it. Fruit, vegetables, doesn't matter. The great thing about it, is that we can blend our shakes in the cup we drink from, so convenient. The food processor is amazing, I haven't found anything that will slow this machine down. There was another model with the IQ, but I couldn't understand why I would need that kind of processing on a blender. Keep it simple and effective, that's what they did with this model. I highly recommend it for home use, well worth the money.

Never tried a Ninja brand at all until I bought this Ninja blender and let me say this “It was worth it” because this blender does everything I need when I cook or bake. It blends perfectly and it doesn’t leave any clumps of vegetables when I blend them and it’s pretty quick to blend vegetables or anything you need to blend not like other blenders I used.
Totally recommend it

Amazing Blender set that is versatile and powerful. I have had one for over 3 years, and have gifted a few to my Aunts which are amazing cooks.
Pro: Powerful, Set is great, from the to-go cups for smoothies, and the food processer is great for home spices or veggie mixes. The Blender is large and crutches ice with ease, ideal for frozen drinks. I have always waited for sales at $120 or under and its a true barging.
Con: Only con would be that the blender and food processor is plastic so after a while it by stain or scratch, i think glass would be better.

I had heard a lot of good times about the Ninja Blenders; some friends and family members have purchased them. I wanted to get one but was a little reluctant because of the price - the model I liked was $200. I decided to purchase it because of all of the health benefits it could provide. Of course, as I am checking out, I am asked by the cashier if I would like to purchase Best Buy's warranty in addition to the one that comes with the blender (1 year). With the money I was already spending, I decided not to. Unfortunately, less than a month later, the pitcher became defective (the part that spins the blades literally dropped out from the bottom of the pitcher). I took the blender back to Best Buy and was sorely disappointed when I was told because I hadn't purchased their warranty, I would have to deal with the manufacturer. I have heard of nightmares of friends calling Customer Service lines and not being able to get any useful help whatsoever. Additionally, I would have to pay for the shipping - I was not happy. I went to Ninja's website and noticed that they have a Chat you can use. I thought, "why not"? I clicked on the chat link, got a quick response, told my rep Megan what my problem was and waited for the list of charges and detailed instructions I would have to follow to fix the problem. Megan asked me four questions: 1) how can I help you; 2) what is the model number; 3) where did you purchase it; 4) what was the date you purchased it. She then asked me for my address and told me she was sending me a replacement pitcher at no cost to me and that I should be receiving it by FedEx in 3 to 5 business days. WHAT???? I don't have to pay anything? We don't have to argue back and forth? I don't have to call you names? This is what I call REAL customer service. Needless to say, I am a customer for life!!!

I bought this so I could juice but keep all the pulp and have no waste. It is SO easy and mashes everything to liquid. Turns ice to snow it a matter of seconds. I peel some items but if I buy organic I just rinse and cut up into large chunks and pulse. It cleans up easily every time and I sanitize it weekly in the dishwasher.

Powerful and durable. tried blenders from Walmart to make smoothies and such, but could never crush up the ice. This blender does that with no problem. No complaints at all.

I bought this blender because my previous blender was not doing a good job blending drinks with ice in them, and also not very good at processing baby food. This blender can do both of those tasks like it is nothing. It blends smoothies like a champ with no large ice chunks left floating around. The baby food processing aspect is also great, it has made it much easier to make baby food.
