Convenient, Well Made and Cook Great

These pots are really well made and cook great. I’ve already eliminated two of my other stainless pots as these are much more convenient to store. Also, they cook as good if not better because of the way the heat distributes on the bottom. They have a 10-year guarantee against chipping and flaking along with the non-stick coating which is excellent for cookware. They are just heavy enough to feel like very good quality but not too much so that you’re struggling to carry them around. You can use metal utensils on the inside of them, even though we don’t, and they’re not going to chip or scratch. I really like that they are both dishwasher and oven safe as well. The pan can withstand up to 500 degrees and the lid up to 400 so you should be able to get away with cooking most anything in them or keeping things warm before serving. Once you’ve finished and need to clean up, a quick wipe of the inside to get out any leftovers and in the dishwasher it goes. Afterwards, they stack on top of each other with their lids and take up less room than the two others I’ve already put in storage. Give these a shot and I think you will be happy with them.

These Ninja Foodi pots are really well made. The pots are very heavy compared to other cookware that I have. The nonstick coating is more of a textured surface compared to most smooth type nonstick cookware and appears it will hold up better over time. These pots have a unique storage (nesting) feature that allows the pots and lids to stack inside each other to save space and avoid scratching the coating when nested. This feature works really well and saves a ton of space in my cabinet. The handles are long and made of stainless steel and are very well attached to the pots. There is what appears to be another smaller handle on the opposite side of the pot but this is part of the nesting function and can get hot when cooking and is not intended as a handle so much. The bottom of the pots is also stainless. It is recommended to preheat the pots and pans before cooking. This is all explained in the use & care guide and manual that comes with the set. The pots are dishwasher safe however they recommend hand washing them. I never put my pots in the dishwasher anyway. The pots can be used on any cooktop range and can be used in the oven as well. The pots can be used up to 500 degrees in the oven and 400 degrees for the lids. I haven’t put them in the oven as I don’t cook anything in a pot that requires the oven. I can see this as an advantage for the pans. Ninja claims that almost any type of utensil can be used with these but should avoid very sharp utensils like knives. I like to use utensils that won’t scratch the nonstick surface. These cook very evenly and I had no problem cooking my normal meals in the pots. They clean up easily and nothing I have cooked in them has stuck. All in all, these are very well made and heavy-duty pots and should last a long time. I will be getting the pan set to go with these.

    Ninja Foodi doesn't disappoint!

I have been in the market for new pots and pans so being able to try these Ninja Never Stick saucepans was a great opportunity! I am so impressed I will probably buy more than the 2.5 qt and 3.5 qt saucepans. First off, I love the Ninja Brand so knew these would not disappoint! Out of the box they are heavier than I thought but they are made so well. They have a textured inside which is different but seems very sturdy. The lids and pots fit within each other that make for such great storage – space saver, and they are anti-scratch with stainless rim lids and cast stainless handles! I washed them with warm soapy water and start cooking. My 1st test was white sticky rice that usually sticks to the bottom of my other pans… WOW this was so impressive, not only did nothing at all stick to the pan but the rice was even fluffier than usual – for sticky rice. I also make long cooking hot cereals – cream of wheat and oatmeal – and these were just a good, nothing stuck to the pan! Boiling water is very quick and the heat dispersion seems to be even and great. These are also oven and broiler safe and can be used on all cooktops. They are also dishwasher safe, however I always hand wash my pans. It is great that they are also lead free, cadmium free, and PFOA free! Overall, these are a great addition to my kitchen and I will be purchasing other pieces. They are a bit pricey but if they last as long as I anticipate they will – money well spent!!

I have been looking for a quality set of cooking pans without breaking the bank. After trying a number of options I think I have found what I have been looking for. These pans are almost commercial grade without the high price tag. The first think you notice is the solid construction; handles are solid and riveted. The bases are thick and even resulting in very even heat displacement. The non stick surface seems to be incorporated into the metal and not some spray on coating I've run across in other non stick cookware. Plus the bonus of them being easily stackable without tearing up the non stick surface. Out of the gate these really are phenomenal and I hope I can still say that a few years from now. They come with a 10 year guarantee so we will see!

Simply Excellent!! I waited seven days to write this review so I cut put the set through multiple dishes with multiple different food groups. From salmon in a teriyaka glaze, to omelets to seared steak (ribeye), this set cooked evenly, quickly and was truly non stick. I have never had a set that was so easy to clean up after what would normally take a lot longer for similar dishes. Upon opening the set and feeling the weight of the pieces, one can tell immediately that this is a high quality material which is I believe why the heat is so uniform in its cooking. For example, my ribeye had a uniform perfect seared coating across the entire steak. My salmon dish had the same uniform teriyaki coating, simply outstanding! The lids are a perfect fit and the glass with metal rim makes it heavy but functional. You cannot go wrong with this set - they have a winner here!

In the box is two lids, two saucepan and a quick guide. First impression, these are really nice sturdy saucepans. The saucepans are a little heavier than what I am used but I LOVE the stainless steel handles. I also love how the lids have a nesting area and sit perfectly on top of each other; the saucepans also do the same. The first thing that I had to try that always gives me trouble with my older saucepans is cooking hot cereal. First off, the water boiled a whole lot faster on the same setting that I normally use and I even forgot to add the salt. Then, after adding the cereal, I noticed that the boil stopped, so I evenly distributed the cereal around the pot and put the lid back on and the water started to boil again. And the cereal was done pretty quickly. I actually almost overcooked the cereal because the saucepan stayed at the same temperature although I turned off the heating element. After I dished out the cereal, I am even happier to say that 99% of the cereal came out of the pot and I basically only had to wipe the outside where I poured the cereal. Trust me when I say, this is a huge plus. Clean up was super easy, it was so clean that it looked the pan just came out of the box. I am in love with this set of cookware and I can’t wait to own the rest of the pieces. The only negative that I have seen so far is trying to figure out a way to sit the lit on the pot when I am stirring instead of placing the lid on the counter or stove. Overall, I am impressed with this product and I can’t wait to replace all of my pans with this product line! I would highly recommend to friends and family.

These are really some well made pots! I love the quality of materials, the handles, and the lids! I've cooked many different things and these pots from, macaroni and cheese to chicken noodle soup. The best part of these pots to me is the fact you can make your macaroni and cheese on the top of the stove, put all the different cheeses on top of the macaroni and then put it in the oven. I even tried cooking an egg in the pot to see if it would stick without any oil. And though you have to work the spatula a little bit, it literally did not stick at all! I have so many pots and pans sets in my cabinet that claim to be non-stick. Every last pan I use, always had some form of sticking to the pan without oil except these! The only reason I didn't give it five stars, is because I see scrapes at the bottom of the pot from using metal utensils. Other than that I would definitely recommend these pots and pans to anyone who loves to cook on the stove and in the oven at the same time, or they just like really well built quality material with their pot and pan set!

These pans are a very high quality product. The non-stick qualities are outstanding. I had read that they take longer to warm up due to the materials used, but my experience has shown that they warm up as fast or even faster than other pans we own. The lids fit perfectly and the pans stack nicely making them more compact to store than other pans. I will be adding to this collection, as the quality is far superior to my existing set. The surface seems very thick and they appear to be very durable.

Ninja Foodi Neverstick Premium Anti-Scratch Nest System is Ninja’s follow up to their standard Neverstick series of pots and pans. When the box arrived, immediate red flags went off – way too much questionable market hype. I really hate that; it makes me immediately not trust the product. Don’t buy the hype when you see it, trust more in the company and what you actually see in the product. In this case, Ninja proudly states “30,000 degree F max manufacturing temp vs 900 degree F “of the competition and that the 900 degree rapidly loses non-stick. They use this on the section to show simulated 3 years of use and how well the Ninja NeverStick holds up. Complete and utter nonsense. Now, Ninja makes good products overall so I try not to hold that against them too much . I do own high end Scanpan and Swiss Diamond non-stick pots and pans so I will be comparing the Ninja to them. Not a totally fair comparison since they are 3 to 4 times the price, but it will give you an idea on what to expect. Let’s look at the features. function and benefits of the product – Build - All aluminum, very typical of mid to low end pots and pans. It is a bit thicker than similar priced pots. However, I am not a fan of 100% all aluminum pans – personally like a stainless-steel exterior. When I compare it to a high-end pan, there is a significant weight difference. For example, a 2-quart pot from the competitor is 39 oz. vs the Ninja coming in at 34 oz. That might not seem like a lot but consider the Ninja is a ½ quart more in capacity. Where that makes a difference is how even it cooks. The more metal, the better the even heating. However, that is at the cost of how fast it heats up and how easy it a heavier pan is to maneuver. A heavier pan does not necessarily mean that it will hold up better, the Ninja is relatively thick and I have no doubt it will hold up. Some people may even prefer the lighter Ninja. The lids are a the same story, the high end competition lids are significantly heavier (20% - 30%.) Since the lids are mostly glass, that leads me to believe that Ninja’s lids are not as durable. Ergonomics – Ninja promotes the Neverstick pans as “Nesting.” Basically, you can stack the pots and pans on top of each over. Ninja nailed this, it really works well and there is nothing like it on the market from any competitor. By stacking, you do save a lot of cabinet space. Putting that aside, lets look at the ergonomics of pan when cooking. First, both the 2.5 and 3.5 quart have helper handles – sort of. The handles have two functions – one for the stacking function and one to help lift the pan. Ninja – what are you doing here? You know people are going to use this as a helper handle on the 3.5 quart. The “handle “ is way too small so close to the pot that they get hot . When you try to use them with a potholder, it becomes very difficult to grab. The main handles are round so it tends to be slippery when wet. Combine the two, you have a chance to spill the pot if you are emptying the contents. Non-stick coating – I have mixed feelings on the non-stick coating. Does it work? Out of the box it does but not as well as the higher end competition. I am not quite sure what he coating is, it feels rougher than I would expect. Based on that, I would guess it is some type of ceramic coating. Ninja claims you can use metal utensils and does back it with a 10 year warranty so it sounds like it is built to last. There is not way for me to test that. I did do head to head tests with Scanpan and the results were mixed. Eggs and chicken were no issue, all were comparable to the more expensive pans. Where there were some differences is when I pushed the limits. I took cooked cheese until it melted and let it burn until it was almost solid. There was more sticking in the Ninja compared to the higher end pot. Yes, this is an extreme and not a real-world application but I wanted to see if I pushed the limits. It is definitely not a fail but it does show the limits. Cooking performance – Keeping in mind that I tested only pots, the Ninja Neverstick performed well. I let the pots heat up for a while and there is little variation in heat ( I tested it with an infrared thermometer.) There was no complaints and no issues. Conclusion – The Ninja Foodi Neverstick Premium pots offer a lot of bang for the buck and seem better than most in this price category and far superior to the lower priced competition. They look nice and have the “nesting” feature I just love. It’s non-stick coating is average and it could use some design changes in the ergonomic department. There is no test of how long the non-stick coating will last and Ninja’s marketing hype gives me pause. I still would recommend it as it does give you a lot for your money.
