I use this blender to make thick, tasty, cold protein shakes with ice and milk and it works great. It has enough power to power through ice. It is also very convenient having the blending container also being the glass to drink from.

The perfect size smoothie and milk shake maker with enough power to easily crush ice. Cleanup is a cinch. Takes up very little space on countertop or in a cabinet.

This is the best blender for smoothies. It is so easy to pull out, use, and clean. We drink our protein smoothies more often because of the ease and convenience. I have also pureed soups. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Pretty good size blender & very powerful, it makes truly smooth smoothies. The only drawback is the loud noise.

This Ninja personal blender has been a solid little kitchen sidekick. It’s got enough power to crush ice and blend up smoothies without weird chunks, and the Auto-iQ presets take the guesswork out so you just hit a button and walk away. Most of the time it leaves things nice and smooth, and cleaning the cups and lids is pretty low-effort. It’s not perfect — it can be loud and the cups aren’t huge, so it’s more of a one-or-two servings machine — but that’s fine for what I use it for. If you just want quick smoothies, protein shakes, or frozen drinks without fuss, this thing does it and doesn’t over complicate.

Surprised how well this worked. A lttle noisy but to be expected. I have been enjoying my shakes.

Great blender that I use on a daily basis. I had to buy the 32oz cup from Ninja's website, but other than that I love this blender. Pros: Saves a lot of space Easy to clean Blends anything Cons: Loud Should include 32oz cup with purchase

This is a very solid device for the kitchen. The height allows the tall cup to be placed on the base even under the cabinet, so it doesn't have to be pulled out to use. The IQ settings make creating our drink a breeze. We can set it and have everything ready when the cycle finishes. The ability to also pulse or just turn it on make for easy ice crushing, and even clean-up (we put warm soapy water in the cup and turn it on 4 seconds). The cups from the previous version fit, so we have a collection to use. Very happy with this!

I love it. It is one of the best blenders I have ever bought. It’s not too big and it takes up minimal counter space. It’s a bit on the loud side. Other than that it’s perfect. Making a smoothie is so easy. 10/10 would recommend

Easy to use. Much quieter than the previous model. Amazing for smoothies. Blends frozen fruit very well and easy to clean and store.

It's been 7 months of daily use. Its loud and violent but still makes the best smoothies. We don't use the IQ part, just run it for 30-50 seconds. Blades ~seemed~ dull so we bought new ones and more cups. This thing streamlined healthy eating vs sit down meals that required cooking or reheating. Both the wife and myself have a few smoothie receipes we like and its super cheap

This Ninja blender has been a complete game changer for making smoothies! My previous blender was very difficult to clean, and it did not handle ice well, so I rarely used it. The Ninja is incredibly easy to use, and I that I can just change the cap after making my smoothie. Since all the pieces of the blender are dishwasher safe, cleanup is a breeze. The Ninja blender is powerful and quiet, and it would make a great addition to any kitchen.

My daughter mainly got this blender for milk and fruit smoothies. She is the only one that uses it and loves how smooth the drinks comes out. Although she still hasn't tried it with ice, she uses frozen fruits and she loves how well it comes out blended and not leaving any chunky bits in her drinks. A major downside to it that others have mentioned and really bothers my daughter is the noise. Although her mom and I do not mind it, she definitely does and always covers her ears and runs out the kitchen to get away from the sound. Our kitchen is small, so that also does not help her with the noise. Another con that she has mentioned is the blades. She hand washes the blades and every time she is ready to use them after, there is a smell from the milk on the plastic rim. There is no evident residue we can see when checking and she has even tried washing in super hot water but the smell remains. A quick water rinse before each use puts her at ease about the smell. She's still testing it out but so far so good.
