    So disappointed with this item. The blade unit is poorly crafted. It contains a plastic band and despite washing as instructions indicated, food particles became trapped in this area. When I went to use unit, it had the most horrid, foul smell- rotting puke is what came to mind. I grabbed a knife and dislodged the plastic band. It was full of gross, rotting food particles. This band is not easy to remove and I can’t imagine doing this after every use. I left items soaking a few days, but band still super smelly. Unfortunately, Best Buy return policy is not the best (30 days), so returning is not an option even through I’ve had it for 5 wks. I contacted Ninja customer service and they are sending out a new blade unit that supposedly doesn’t have a plastic band in it, but I’m wondering why they are still selling the units with it!

    Unable to unscrew after blending

    Constantly getting brutally stuck after blending. I cannot unscrew the part that blends from the part that you put the food in. It is always getting stuck
